Fake company, leather jacket ordered and paid, received a cheap t-shirt instead. Absolute fraud company.

Scam page, looks legitimate, but photos, product details copied/stolen from elsewhere, when the goods turn up they're cheap junk from China... avoid

Total Chinese SCAM of a shop. Don't be fooled by the slick looking website. Ordered 2 jackets on Black Friday last November, finally received one after 2 months. When I pressed about the missing jacket, they responded that it was in quality check, and would be on its way. I finally received the missing jacket last week on 2/22/21. Wrong jacket. which cost $16. My was $55. Offered me a store credit on my next purchase for $19. What a complete waste of time and money!

I also wished i'd researched these before purchasing. Other reviews say it all, poor quality at top end prices. Not even close to what they advertise and very difficult to get a reply. When you eventually do they just talk stupid. No chance of a refund, been trying now for 3 months. Avoid completely!!

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from 'BoySec.' What you receive is not what is advertised- rather an incredibly cheap knockoff barely fit for even a Halloween costume. What I received was a rag in roughly the shape of a jacket made with extremely cheap synthetic materials and about 3-4 sizes too small (even though I ordered the correct size).

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CONMEN!!!

Its a scandal. I have asked for a refund numerous times and they just keep fobbing you off.

Avoid like the plague, unlike some other customers I did at least receive what was claimed to be a jacket, it was a shambles would not have fitted a twelve year old and looked like it was made by a 2 year old they replied to my e mail saying ship it back and we will refund you, but not the £25 cost to ship it back. Needless to say I have yet to receive any update or refund.

Same experience as other reviews!! I have asked for a return label. They replied send photos of jackets. I did 4 times! Do we have any recourse? The ad was on FB! How about credit card co?

I ordered two jackets. The jackets came after two months. But they are poor imitations of the photograph models. The photos show good jackets but that is not what you receive. They manufacture poor substitues - inferior materials which are not even the same colour as the original photos. Based on my experience I would not recommend ordering from them. Disappointing.

Boysec are scammers! The Deck Jacket on their webshop doesn't look like much in real life. The material is cheap and the finish and model a disaster. This cardigan doesn't even look like a jacket! Not the promised 100% grosgrain cotton, but a wafer-thin fabric. Not the promised Alpaca lining, but a synthetic one. Jacket, model and Label does not correspond to the photos on the webshop. They cannot be reached via the conect button and do not respond to the mail. Returns are not possible because the return address appears to be a shipping company in Luxembourg, not the manufacturer. More money has been put into their website than their products. So don't buy!

Boysec is a scam. They’ll steal your money. Don’t fall for it. I ordered in Nov of 2020, and it never shipped. Service department gives you a bunch of bs about “it’s on its way”. Total scam. AVOID!!

I totally agree with previous complaints. I ordered a jacket that took 8 weeks to turn up , it was a complete letdown on every level . When I asked to return I was stonewalled .
I complained through PayPal , was offered a part refund from boysec which I refused , then they said I had to return the coat to China and only through certain delivery company’s .They are bullies with their response.
I refused this and said I would escalate my complaint though PayPal and make sure I expose their scam on every platform they advertise on .
Within the hour they had refunded my money through PayPal . Don’t give up . This is a deplorable scam and they are seemingly getting away with this .i will try and raise this with PayPal but it looks like once the case has closed you can’t respond to a previous complaint. Good luck .

Total rubbish. Do not purchase anything from them. Wish I’d seen the reviews before I bought something.

Do not buy anything from this company. Takes ages to deliver and falls apart as soon as you take it from the bag. What a shame. Must be produced by some really selfish producer by some really sad workers...Because the product is first class crap. What a shame....
I shalll never buy and spend my money here.

As so many have already said, the N1 jacket is junk! Very thin, with cheap zipper that probably won't last long. I think I'll donate it to the Jacket drive.....with a note of apology to the recipient.....

Over 6 weeks to get rubbish, that doesn't fit with item description and images. Unfortunately the first reviews date from a week before my purchase :( Will claim and shame Facebook.

Absolute rubbish,plain and simple. If anyone has luck on a refund please pass it on to me.Scam.
