Good service BUT no courtesy car
Excellent service from Trisha and the service team at Listers Jaguar. The fault with my E-Pace was identified quickly and all repairs carried out same day. I was kept appraised of the issues throughout the process.
The big letdown was the lack of courtesy car availability. This meant a very costly taxi journey to collect my car and a lot of wasted waiting time in the pouring rain. I wasn't even offered a lift !!
