Where are my floor mats? and UPDATED review.

Trying to get through on the phone to ask questions about the car...awful. On hold for 35 mins so gave up.
Once I'd placed the order the comms were great - Stephen (the young man who guided me through the rest of the process) was excellent. E-mails kept me up to date where the car was and booking the delivery slot was easy. Car turned up exactly on time with a phone call from the driver to say he was 30 mins away. Good handover.
BUT ... I purchsed a Jaguar F-Pace ... a premium luxury car and paid 90% of the cost myself. Where are my floor mats ???? How can you deliver a luxury SUV and not provide floor mats??
UPDATED 2nd July 2021 : Excellent customer care from Penny at Cinch. Phone call same day as I complained, Floor mat issue sorted out quickly and efficiently. Lots of comms by phone and email. My faith in Cinch is restored !! Would recommend.
