Very impressed with these masks . Good design and comfortable to wear . Like the fact that they are adjustable . Wish I'd found them before .
Very poor service
I preferred a pack of 5 Maskie plus what arrived was a mixture of anything but….1 maskie loop and 4 maskie drop. Can’t be bothered to return as postage will cost more than the masks!
Additional charges
I have discovered that I have to pay custom charges of over €10 for my order. I am very disappointed with this unexpected hidden expensive charge.
Refusing to refund for faulty goods
Received 3 faulty masks. I emailed them immediately but they didn't respond. I emailed again and they replied saying they would not refund me. Under UK law they are required to refund for faulty goods. I shall be taking this up with Trading Standards.

The mask are very comfortable and easily adjusted, lost a star because they do lay on your mouth and nose causing a slight moisture build up over time and the filters don’t fit very well in the mask causing them to be difficult to place where you want it and leaving gaps all around the filter so not totally effective.
Comfy, breathable masks
These masks are very soft and are easily adjusted. I've found they are good to wear with glasses and so comfy I can wear them for 8 hours a day. Amazing!
It took 7 emails to resolve the problem
It took 7 emails to resolve the missing mask from my order.. Quick to take the money but extremely slow to resolve the issue. If l hadn't persisted l dont think it would have been resolved in my opinion.
I wont be purchasing any more from this company.
HM Customs only accept payment via BTC?!
Ordered a mask with filters on the basis of a 3 day delivery date.
It’s been over a week and when emailing to discuss why the order is taking so long I’ve been informed that they are held at customs and I need to pay via Bitcoin to have them released.
I find it extremely dubious that HM Customs only accepts payment via BTC
Also worth noting that if I hadn’t emailed them when would I have been informed of this charge?
Have asked twice for my order to be refunded and have yet to have that request acknowledged
Order is only worth £15 so will chalk this down as a lesson learnt.

Company doesn’t respond
I ordered a pack of 10 masks, as they were on offer and they sent me the completely wrong masks. I have emailed them 3 times about this, as the website states you have to email them in order to get a refund and I haven’t had a response. I’m so annoyed as it’s just a waste of money and I’m stuck with 10 masks that I’ll he never use.
