Very very poor customer service

The masks are OK - The Halo is the best fit - the others I find a bit small for adults. My issue is that I ordered the wrong masks by mistake. I didn't open them and non of the H&S seals were broken but Maskie refused to allow me to exchange them. I fully understand the H&S element - especially in this COVID rich time - but non of the seals on the packaging were broken and I even offered to pay the return postage. Maskie refused to exchange the masks.

Very poor customer service. I wasn't looking for a refund just an exchange for the right masks. I am now stuck with two masks that are absolutely useless to me and have wasted money with what I thought was a reputable company. I would suggest looking elsewhere for masks.
