Like others I have observed a recent decline, I have been using NYBox for 2-3 years, but since June 2019 something changed there, service is suddenly terrible and the usual autonomous repacking of boxes needs a few emails to their support. I am going to move to a different service.

They go to the bother of sending you an email explicitly stating a delivery date. THEN THEY FAIL TO DELIVER ON THAT DATE
After my initial review their customer service emailed me to say the delivery date I was given for next day delivery was incorrect. No refund of express postage I paid for.
I will never use Robert Dyas again, I have learned my lesson

Disastrous update on about 15 May 2019 is the last straw, I am selling all my 10 or so playbars and 20 or so speakers. It is simply unacceptable to enforce a Ropey Bodged update that kills all the playbars on all the TVs.

Terrible Company, £1500 Nivona coffee machine failed after 10 months and this company are totally evasive about it. They even refused a UPS shipment of the machine to them. Now taking them to county court.
It appears they may be an offshore company operating through a London address. For sure the legal process will uncover the truth about this dodgy outfit.

I've held an account for a few years now and used DHL for about 10 years.
They improve steadily year on year. Even now I think they are good as they need to be, they keep on pushing to improve. Drivers become more and more consistent and billing is rigorous and fair.
Well done Emma (My account manager) and the whole of DHL Northampton and worldwide.

Iv'e been a customer of UPS for about 10 years in Northampton, UK, it seems that every 2 years or so they go nuts.
In 2019 early I was billed £205 (actually in 2 separate invoices) for a mistake at their end. So they double billed an invalid invoice.
It's impossible to get a name, number or email inside UPS. Coupled with the fact they don't call you back when they say they will. This means UPS is a brick wall service wise.

Needed until Friday to deliver after ordering on Wednesday. You guessed it, they failed to deliver. Avoid Plumbnation at all costs. They don't declare their 'courier' because it is actually Parcelforce. After all that they refundefd£16 of £36 postage. Such a rubbish outfit.
