Chaotic accounting and administration at subsidiary

This review relates to Pier Management, a property management company within the Regis Group
Customer care: zero stars
Systems and governance: zero stars
I pay my Ground Rent by regular standing order and due to Bank Holidays the payment this month went out on 4th January.
Pier Management have denied receipt of the funds despite telephone calls and emails with copies of proof of payment from the bank.
They have now raised an erroneous fee of £70 in respect of the £125 ground rent. Whilst I'm sure the fee will be withdrawn once they locate their error, the additional stress caused by this additional charge is unnecessary, especially for a simple accounting error.
Looking at other reviews on the company, they over 90% of reviews are very poor and Regis Group plc may wish to seek to review the controls within this part of their group

After been a very loyal customer
If I could less then one I would for mops / Regis hairdressers
I received a email saying book on line for reopening after COVID 19 so on the opening of bookings at 9 am I booked highlights and a cut and finish I received my email all in place ,
I have been a customer for 20 years every 8 to 9 weeks paying £150 to £200 even when a staff member said I’ll do your hair at home I said no I’ll support the salon I’m a manager and know what it’s like to keep a business going so I would support that
I rang a 3 days before appointment to check I didn’t need to come in earlier with the Poe needing done first
I was told in a Flippant way we have no time to do your hair the stylist has left I said I know this and she said I would be seen by another member of staff
He said no we haven’t got time I said my booking has been in for three weeks was anyone going to call no try Fenwick
I was in shock the way I was been spoken to after all I have paid and the length of time I have supported the salon
I rang Fenwick told them my problem and they said only half head and cut was available better then nothing so I booked
Second big mistake I went early as only booked me two hours 15 mins I asked for top colourist it was the worst experience she seemed unsure on everything from how to do this colour I use a high lift colour and a darker toned one it was bleach washed off after only 10 mins as they where in a rush to finish my hair normally takes 40 mins with heat I said can I have a toner this was splashed on the top of my head I think only purple shampoo rinsed off
I could see it was so dry ready to snap she couldn’t cut it so around the bottom asked how to cut my fringe as everyone started to go home I said shall I pay £128 I came back and had seen enough it was a mess I said your closing I best go I knew I needed to get home and do something to sort it I walked through town with a dried Fringe and got home the family took one look and laughed I spent the night conditioning and cut the front good job I had been a hairdresser for years I staid of work the next day as it was snapped and all very Grey looking so bad no darker ones to see I thought I would wait for a follow up call from a manager to see the outcome but didn’t receive one this has been a nightmare and I did my own hair during lockdown better but needed darker ones in I’ll never be back and now I am stuck with this until I get it in condition then go to another company to try and sort it out
What can I say apart from a disgusting service to a loyal customer and a rushed unprofessional service I don’t hold any hope for this company and will never be back I have sent many customers there over the years as I work in the beauty industry and see so many I have told people regarding this as they have asked what has happened to my hair they can’t believe this service , I love my hair done and don’t mind paying for what I find worth it I have never had hair this bad 😭😞

This group is the King of profit making…

This group is the King of profit making at the expense of innocent leaseholders. This company is in league with Pier Management which are so dreadful they serve warning letters to the dead.
Regis also use Parkfords who are nothing more than poisonous lap dogs of Regis
If you see Parkfords Regis or Pier Management on any document before signing for leasehold think again
Toxic beyond belief.
