Iv'e been a customer of UPS for about 10 years in Northampton, UK, it seems that every 2 years or so they go nuts.
In 2019 early I was billed £205 (actually in 2 separate invoices) for a mistake at their end. So they double billed an invalid invoice.
It's impossible to get a name, number or email inside UPS. Coupled with the fact they don't call you back when they say they will. This means UPS is a brick wall service wise.
