He spent 15 minutes putting warning stickers on when he could have soldered the obvious leak in 5 minutes

T5 Paraplegic wife and 70 year old mother in law, We are on the priority list twice and still they left us without heating.

Valued a $20 item I bought at $75 and made it impossibly difficult to convince them otherwise. Worst of all they avoid any customer service emailing buy bouncing EVERYTHING to an FAQ.

Ordered online DIrect from Hills UK to ensure stock, their website and order confirmation said all was good, but a couple of days later they said it would be a month or two to deliver. Duffers, buy another brand or get one quicker from Australia on Ebay!

As a small business the great prices are appreciated, so I keep plenty of funds in my mpd account for convenient use.

But I am reviewing that funding decision now, as I have not been able to get an online quote all morning!!

Reliability is more important than price in the parcels business!

Reliability in 2017 and 2018 has been perfect
