Diabolical courier service
Diabolical courier service, they fail to collect then ask you to pay again to cover their failure.
All this sounds bad, but add to that you cannot contact them by email without a 1-2 day response delay
If I could give -5 stars I would

Let us find out why the collection was late and the reason why you have had such a long wait for a response.
