Shocking

Shocking. I uploaded this app after advice from Hyundai garage. I set up payments cos pay pal and my bank. Then informed that after no changes payment was not taken 3 months later and twice changing my bank details for no reason payment was taken. Absolutely shocking service and can’t wait to delete it and go elsewhere

Wi-Fi infra don’t buy

Purchased WiFi controlled infra read heaters. Confirmed I have two of the same items. I informed the supplier of a fault as it’s gas one previously which was faulty and I disposed it this one. The second one os faulty and they think because I had a refund on one of the items the second one can’t have an issue

I’ve since thrown the second one on the trash. Be mindful when purchasing from this company. The customer service is poor and the quality of items are really poor

Customer care doesn’t seem too

If it’s tough starting your weight loss journey and anything goes wrong with the pen. It will be tough getting any help .. you will get diagrams pictures and how to use (which comes with the pen) the fact the barrel won’t open appears
To be my fault. I understand there will be a fault with the odd one. However the cost of said item vs the profit made. It’s not worth the debate ….

Purchase from a chemist on the high street or use a credit card / Pay Pal for any concerns

Watched all the videos. Leaflets you sent. Though despite saying the end syringe was faulty and was jammed I couldn’t be buttered to keep playing email table tennis. Some companies you just give up on.

Not good enough

Love the design charger. And concept but the tracking was off more than it tracked. If you need this for wife open spaces. Outdoor tracking remember you can refund it. After two trips out to Cannock chase in staffs. Loads of tracks. All I can say is it worked when we got back home. Plus the battery was at 49 % which wasn’t great. Refund for me and keep looking

I have spoke to the customer service. Team who says it’s seamless connectivity. You can’t say that though as it doesn’t connect when it should. I e asked how I send back the item

Total shocking

Total shocking .. the returns via Asda. One week later if lucky to receive a returns label .. then when you chase the return for exchange no one replies back to the email to customer service. The quality of items seem good the rest is shocking. What’s going wrong


What’s interesting with the response is that was the same reply I had a few months back too

This store seems to have issues with stock and cash flow. They take tour money charge you what they can and don’t deliver. No stock to send and when they say Ushuaia will refund it doesn’t come through be aware. If they can’t be transparent don’t trade

Returned but no replenishment

Had sown items from trespass and despite having a return label (free) and a clear exchange replace policy. I sent my item back and had to contact the help line as I’d not revived anything back in return. As I dint rent do return many items I couldn’t find my recipet only the return code which to tresspass wanst any good
They eventually found me and 6 days later after a couple of weeks waiting we had an exchange. How many kore items go back and get lost

Stafford BQ

Stafford BQ. What have you done. Removed your customer service at the front desk so not only now do you have to Que in self check out you have to walk through the store with your products. Then at self checkout your met with chaos on a weekend .. staff eve have the opportunity to hold a sale and serve others. Yet they’d rather you stand waiting for a customer to come back than take your money.

As for yen garden centre. If you’re abled bodied it’s a king enough walk to go get a trolley to remove gardening items. Yet I’d you’re disabled DONT expect to find a trolley in the garden centre .. you’re expected to go back outside and get your own !!

Come in BQ think about some of the basics get some trolleys in the garden centre .. help those who need help

Disabled embarrassment

Bene going to the gardens and centre pre before the shops were built. And taking pups for disabled too. I’m now disabled myself but dint have a stick or buggy as it’s in other ways. So today I decided to go and treat myself to new garden furniture (choice of 3) a pizza oven and some new plants.

As I’ve brought my pups to socialise and get the. Used to the noise as I have a hearing impairment .. so we decided to grab a coffee and it would be good for our pup to sit and watch while we decide what items we need .. we found a table full of cups and dirty plates. The rest were the same. One person was serving and my partner text to say should we go somewhere else as we wanted to go an j and purchase our goods I decided to stop. One member of staff came passed smiled and walked off (didn’t move or clear any of the cups ). Then I was greeted by another lady who said tou can’t have a dog in here can you leave ! As I dint have a light in my head saying disabled, I would like to think the entrance to the cafe had a sigh for service dogs or be asked .. I’m sorry I do t look disabled but like most people I can’t see people’s brains either. It doesn’t mean we don’t have one.

I decided to leave, thankfully the que was that king my partner gave up and came back to the table .. we made the decision to leave the centre and go elsewhere for coffee where we would all be welcome. Including our service pup who learning the skill of noises to alert me ..

No purchase and we will not return. As for disabled parking why is 4 the amount at the far end ? Really. How’s This disabled friendly

Great bear attack a member of public

I was horrified to watch a you tube event if staff treating a man with a camera in the way they did. It was pure hostility.. bullying, offensive and threatening behaviour.. Is this how you treat the public ?

I was shocked.. and the gent PJ Audits makes so interesting viewing and while not everyone gets his point I can’t believe he was treated in the way he was. Abused by staff

I hope who you supply to see this video and act on it.

Tranquility and great customer service

Stopped at Ebury hill

Wonderful staff. Location is amazing

Other than electric woods and little more the place is so peaceful. We have a dog and the dog walks and access to fields towards a huge forest with easy access is great. The grounds are well kept.

There is more grass pitches than hard standing

There is little to no facilities so you have to be self sufficient I would recommend and definitely come back again

The site staff are really accommodating.. thanks to a Kathy and her college who checked us in and gave us an option to where we could pitch up

After a five star review I have to…

After a five star review I have to grade the after care as pretty poor. It’s true when someone hood leaves your company it’s only when you do you realise what they did

Lynsey is really good. The national sales manager and aftercare MP could learn something from dealing with going that extra mile to help a client who has just spent 13k on a system - I called another company for advice who hasn’t had any involvement but sell the Lux products and they were. Ire than helpful. I’d done everything correct just needed to let it settle .. I’ll go back to them should I need any help.

I decided to cost two more batteries and offered a price of close to 5k yet got two of the same two batteries for 3k I understand some profit but please!

As someone’ who will feedback on he good bad and Indifferent -

Site survey. 100%
Instal guys 100%

Planning a return and don’t inform a customer you’re not going seems to be ok. The fact of losing a days salary doenst matter either. It’s business as usual

So make sure your system is fully costed fully working and checked.

And If you have to speak to anyone Liverpool based make sure it’s some who your spoke too when you’ve booked the call

I’ll now have to make up my own days pay through incompetence of others

Have to leave this 5* review. From Gavin who came out and did the survey and the team who cane to install (bar the scaffolders who broke a tile) but did say they had 😊

The Info help advise and the support is great. The crew were brilliant and polite. Really helpful to deliver . I’d never heated of this company based on Liverpool but the app and log in is also fabulous.

I had 16 panels 6ks solar and a car carger. All good stuff

Totally amazed.. install is good. Panels looks class and saving me money

And I’ve replied with the form .. I get the same email back and write above and if I’m lucky 10 days later a follow up asking for the same thing

After 19 emails to Craghoppers for a refund I’ve given up. I’m fed up of telling them I’ve sent back the not arrived missing form

If anyone read the thread you’d see what my response is. Be warned. This is like pulling teeth

Be warned

Be warned. When it goes wrong the 5 Year Hardy Plant Guarantee.. will not be honoured despite what you say. They blame weather even when you’ve removed them from subzero temperatures.. then when you advise if this they tell you . You needed to apply for a refund before the 14 days and before the plant died so please get a psychic who speaks to plants. You will need and expert opinion.


Despite the below comments. What they don’t tell you is certain expensive items aren’t covered. So DONT BE FOOLED.. you won’t be refunded do your items and the cost to return will be taken by you

Cheese less nice

I’ve only given a 2 due to the cheese that’s used in these pizza. I have found that the cheese when it cools goes like rubber plastic is the Only way I can describe it. The pictures didn’t fully reassemble the products.

I have come Mack from domino but as you have a hood offer decided to go for meal deal £28 and spent 33-35 with delivery for a bigger selection. Though the main pizza isn’t That flavoursome
