Can pick and choose its customers

The company who make that much money it doesn't need to care about its customers .. they have that many products I’d what you want you can’t collect but some you can’t. You can have half an order but not all

When you contact them they tell you that too. We’re so good we can pick and choose who gets stock and who doenst.

There were too many business a few years ago who had that view

Debs and HOF (now lost the plot)
mother care
CA.. the list continues.

Glad you have that many customers you can pass off loads more

It is never our intention to not supply products to our customers and the website will show what is available for home delivery or click and collect in our stores. Due to the vast range of products we stock, some products may only be available online or in our stores which is why the website will confirm before an order is placed. It is with apologies that we currently do not offer inter-store transfers.

Your custom is of course very important to us and I will ensure your feedback is passed on for any future changes which may be considered.

Outstanding customer service

I bought the tracker after spending lots of money on my pride and joy pooch. Though like many things, they were out lose charge and sometimes don’t want to play ball.

What I have found from the help team is a dedicated customer service team who go over and above to resolve the problem..

I’d even forgot to reply due to dreaded covid and the next comms I was asked how I was doing. How nice is that !

Special thanks to Faye Theo and sorry if I’ve missed anyone else. This is the customer service so many retailers lack. Guys. Your outstanding

You’ve gone over and above. Sending a new devise. Sim and kept me informed.

I couldn’t have have asked for anything more. In fact you’ve thought and provided me with the solution and fixed it before me

Bondara basics

This is the first time Ive used this company.. my experience has been divided from dealing with customer service, who go over and above and returns who don’t appear to get the basics. I ordered items which can only be used together but are bought separately.. as one item was faulty I returned both. I was refunded quick less one postage return which they charged £10 !! Despite having a Royal Mail free returns yet they sent DPD!

When it was queried I was told we will only refund postage on faulty items. Do bondara expect me to keep an item when it’s then unusable ?

Think Charlie in customer service needs to be used as the main training person for bondara.

And After my email they refunded £10 for postage. (Though they’d give ln a free Royal Mail postage ) yet sent DPD

I am sorry there have been problems with your refund. I can see that this has now been resolved for you, but the postage should have been refunded straight away due to the fault of the item.
We had to use DPD due to the weight of the item, Royal Mail are quite picky about that!
I have made sure these issues have been raised with our returns team, and this should not happen again.

Harassment

I leave two stars as I’ve never met a company who chases sales and despite not wanting communication or even completing a purchase. They call and email to find out why I didn’t make a sale… people don’t have to complete a sale and don’t have to explain there reasons

I actually find it really impersonal. What they don’t do is keep you up to date when you do. I placed and order and weeks later told it would be longer .. I’d paid in full and waited and again told again we’re still waiting.

So, polite comment. If people dont finalise an order, respect they have GDPR rights and don't need a call and email asking why..

You don’t need to know my details clearly your go too I’d once you get someone’s information on your website email and number and they don’t progress you call them and email .. to ask why and I’ve had two messages

After the call I went elsewhere

Missing items told to wait

I can’t get into store due to mobility disability so like that I can shop online. The only frustration is if there’s nothing in the warehouse and you cant get to store. Your not having it

So. I ordered some items quilt cover bath at. And waited. They arrived by DPD the bad was open top to bottom and items missing. I contact dunelm who ask me to go to store! .. I can’t! So speak to chat who then tell me to wait as they will contact DPD to ask if anything has fallen out during transit. I have a picture that DPD took. Yet I’ve paid in full items missing and I’m asked to wait !!

Drives me mad

Disability online delivery question

My review is not based on stores but online chat and keyboard customer service warriors who who know they are a law to themselves (should be ashamed) to represent Dunhelm.

Dunhelm is one of the stores who have it all for me. A range of produces quality and value. And the only bit I think you could do better is online sales. I’d you don’t have in stock you can only click and collect. That’s fine unless your disabled and have limited mobility and can’t get in. Then your journey with the company ends .

So… I thought I’d raise the question online. As most of my purchases as now online

So I decided to ask online I’d dunhelm had any disability policy to which they could have said we have a few could you be more specific about your query.

The reply was ‘how do you mean sorry’

How I mean is with delivery and making a purchase online. If there are items that can’t be delivered there’s a loss to the company as the only way to obtain such items is if you walk in to store… so my point was stored can meet anyone who doesn’t have a mobility issue

However if you do your journey ends and the search continues as Dunhelm don’t seem to have a way to provide a customer a service of se livery from store

The reply I had was “the stores have no issues against any form of disabilities, but if they are not allowed to send out a delivery for home delivery then that is nothing to do with anyones disabilities, I am sorry but that’s not true at all! (He ends)

Now I’d not said that what I’d said was as a disabled customer I have no way in spending my money with dunhelm if I can’t get into store and for a disabled mobility person it’s a shame dunhelm have not found a way around this or even thought about it.

Stably when I said I’d email Nick Wilkinson the chat ended

There seems to be some lack of knowledge on how to work to deliver customer service online these days. I Think some workers feel safe behind a screen and forget they are repressing a business

We have fewer and fewer retailers and with increased costs those who meet my needs get my money. So if *** is left out of work they need to think how they fell short of the standards (my view )

Total lack of customer service

I have to say I have read a few reviews and have to agree with the lack of communication from Pro Breeze. It’s really bad. They clearly have no customer service. It appears no one is reading emails when sales enquiries.. as a business they must be damaging their bottom line and loosing so many customers

Some of us want information and some want to spend money

I’ve bought three items iver the last year all have been ok but I have a couple of questions about other products… if I don’t get a reply I’ll not place an order and go elsewhere

I also have a delivery where the item works but has a mark which won’t come off I’d like to discuss

If I don’t get any reply I’ll go via the payment team and raise with them

Don’t forget all pay by credit card or pay Pal and your protected

Originally purchased this as my two other units are small and don’t have the power we need plus we have a heater

I’d read other reviews and been a little concerned re the noise .. this tends to happen when gas is low and the pump can’t work

Day one cool to the point the room was freezing

Day two cool but not as cold

Day three the noise started to get loader ..

Day four I had to stop and start for the compressor to start abs for it to go cooler not like day one

I’ve emailed please help contact us and not has any response since

I love the size design and unit.

The original contact us worked but clearly the email for the product has little or no one checking (I can only assume )

So back to my fan

Substandard service

I contacted Vodafone after signing up with a partner agent. They offered a good price and good data speeds. I decided after years of avoiding Vodafone to give them a second chance.

After using my data I wanted to update my account to max data. Three agents later all who informed me my pay monthly account was a pay as I go and then a billed network and then a pay monthly account I got through to who I thought was the right person .. after three calls. All who told me I’d passed security i wouldn’t have to do this again. (I did ) all asked me what I needed help with and all were told read the above info and they would see ..

I was then told I could upgrade to some silly money for data. The same Vodafone and data I could get online for less? How can that be?

After sharing my views with their executive team I’ve all bar been told tough .. so yet again I’ll pay up my contract for 6 months left and have already moved elsewhere

Vodafone maybe a huge company. For me they are a company who can’t meet basic customer service and for the 6 months I’ve had no statements! Even though it’s a paper bill

You live and learn. Regardless on price the provider who can give customer service. Is prepared to work to Excell my expectations are the company I will value.

They value me I’ll value them

Always a bad apple in a bunch

Sad state when the staff in boarder force need to mind their Manors. Or male 7. We all work in stressful jobs. It’s a shame that some boarder force team let the others down. The insults the passengers were getting when coming through on the 10th from Ryanair late from Alicantie was abusive offensive and not called for. And when I raised it I was told you do what you want. Feel free and complain

No seating closed areas

While I understand closed off areas need to be restricted there needs to be some restriction on the amount of seating. You can’t only have 20 max disabled assisted help travelling. And where you can’t be responsible for partners. Frankly Bennies or Burger King when there are minimal seats and two staff in the restaurant the airport gets cluttered and people will try and move around and eat elsewhere

The security abs fast track is good. Well done. But you either need to open up areas or get your parents to have to open to allow all those who do to eat elsewhere fill the rest of the airport

While I realise that staff will move people from areas you also have a duty to make sure that the airport flows isn’t too over crowded and people have a pleasant experience

5 Star customer service

Decided I needed a new tv for a Lodge and used me Google. Up popped Sonic Direct based in Bradford. I was a bit dubious as I’d never heard and thought it may be referb brands. I placed the order. Got a call from the store. They told me about the company and the part of the website I could look at and then told me the delivery would be free and done the same week (2 days later). Amazing.

I had a text update saying the driver would be with me. The driver called. As I’m a nee estate left my location via Apple location. (You could use free what three words) to locate nee estates. ? Just a thought

The delivery guys were perfect. Really polite and while I’ve not checked the tc till the weekend the box is all new and I will say the service what what I talk about getting when I was in retail 30 years plus when customers mattered

Thsi os why sonic direct will grow and I who’ll write a great review for such a dynamic customer focused retailer

I wish you the very best and I’m sure I’ll be back for more
