I'm sitting next to refunds desk and the next is 642, there appears to be more staff to give refunds than there does to give you your products?? What does that tell you?
I'm close to joining this que and asking for a refund and leaving.

I've never eaten a bland tasting pizza ever but this is the first. I've eaten loads and have to say I'd rather spend my money on a create your own Asda pizza for less
The Piri Piri chicken is great. Sonif you can get that right what's stopping you with your pizzas

Bought two rainfall showers, had to exchange one due to size of the bathroom, but the one I kept was fantastic so 10/10
I returned one and purchased a cabinet and storage unit spending another £238-00.
The storage unit was built back to front and we decided it would be good to return the lot as we count be guaranteed we'd get an exchange on the item sent after speaking to the agent
We arranged for a Saturday pick up as we're home, no issues so on wednesday i arrived home to a card 'we called you were out'. I was advised the delivery would be 1-3pm. We are now almost 4pm and no update ..
The online chat although ok, couldn't find my orders, I had to provide them with my old postcode. Even though the goods were delivered to my new address
I can't say I'm impressed, who ever is responsible for technical specifications and orders clearly isn't matching goods to the catalogue so I'm now back to the drawing board (oh yeah and still waiting for the items to be collected)
My items were collected at 4.10pm. My window slot was 1-3.... the driver didn't have my number to call but amazingly when my items were delivered they called my mobile.
I look forward to a speedy refund

Keep watching guys and girls as many people think these sites are filled with people who moan over nothing much.
Ill update the review in a few days and include all the information I have (emails, everything so you can read and make your own informed choice where to spend your money when buying a new or used car...
One week on for a 3hr repair and still no news.. that's the famous Evans Halshaw customer service that's promised. Offers the world and delivers a Hell (shaw) service
Review of Virgin Trains
I've just moved to Stafford and drop my partner at Stafford station. There is little to no parking dripnoff pick up spaces and granted it's a busy station. There are about 6 stop dropboff points but they are more free parking points and one disabled bag which needs re painting.
I have a disabled parking badge and try and wait in the allocated bag and keep free from the main drive in and out.
The amount of times I have to ask (politely and point out the disabled Bay Area to non disabled drivers is annoying). The last straw was trying to park I get screamed ovaebities at me for parking.
(See some people expect you to be 90 frail and see some wheel chair or sticks. Well I'm non of those ). I have limited life expectancy and chronic pains. But try and do what I can and keep going... but the amount of abuse I get when trying to park here despite having a blue badge from stressed drivers who double park thinking I'm pushing in and they park and block yellow no parking areas and the main car park is bad.....
Something needs to be done to clear this area and stop the standing waiting cars that flow out to the main road.

After buoying a A3 convertible in March this year 2017 the water pump went. Although the warranty said we would be covered whats annoying is we have car breakdown and hire as part of the pacakage. The car left is on Wednesday and it's now Sunday. 3.5hrs to do the repair and the cars still on Ramps. The CEO is aware and has been really supportive in asking his team to deal with it
The garage don't update the systems they have so not even the management who are helping know what's happening to the car!!! They say we provide top 100% customer service. You had to follow basics to do this....
The car hire policy doesn't cover waiting time, so they could have my car 3 weeks and not provide a car and jusy let it sit... it's not good at all.
It's left me thinking this is the first and will probably be the last car I ever buy from these again. So many quick wins could have made this experience stress free. I've just moved, started a new job and bought a new car which hasn't been used more than 8 times
Come on E Hell'shaw..... let's get some basic processes in place and let's see standards rising

Review of Redcargo
Redcargo are another new car hire company in Spain (Alicantie). They offer all that other do for less. You arrive and they check you in. Your voucher says unlimited mileage on the front page wbuy what's hidden in the small print is 2000km max. What they expect is despite where your located your expected to return the car to them at the airport
The charge you for a full tank and when you return you don't get a refund. I was charged an additional £100 and only when I noticed the charged and spoke to them I was told 2 months later 'you went over your milage of 2000! No Email no bill, no request update nothing at all to tell you this. They just do what they like and do not care at all
Their breakdown service is just as bad. I called them 3 times and the line just rings and rings and no one answers. It's dangerous
I would. It recommend anyone to use this company at all .. there are others with much better cars. I have e read reviewes for most of the car rentals and to be honest most get a bad press.
Once you've taken your car back your doomed. They have your credit card details and will do what they want and at what ever they want and will not communicate to you at all.... it shouldn't be allowed...
Personally - I'd stick to one of the others ... I go to Spain 10 times a year. Gold car sent cheap but on the whole you get new car stocks, your fuel is refunded (bar the €20 admin tip of fee, which I find an insult ). Gold car you need to be fare here.....
But over all I'd rather give these my 5k a year I spend in hire than the muppets I'm Redcargo

Drove 2hrs to view stock in Rattan Direct. Decided to buy some outdoor produces for delivery to Spain and despite 3-4 emails and one reply we have no furniture? Happy to spend 1k but it appears they don't want our custom which is a shame
There also appears to be a constant sale... week after week and month after month.

I approached Irwin Mitchell in November 2015, since then I've chased them, sat back and seen weeks go by, complained. Then told I will speak to my manager and come back to you (approx 4 weeks ago) my complaint letter says we have informed you (in this letter that your access to legal expenses will not cover you? That's the first I knew, no one has told me the funding I provided wasnt acceptable.
I had previodly said I'd pay my expenses / claims myself but I've given up. I've never known a firm who may ask and make enquiries but fail to update a client. It's only when (said client calls or emails - several times, I may, if lucky get a response) some replies have been quite abrupt.
I've still not had a welcome letter (apparently you get one of these) terms and conditions, I've been told a no win no fee but then if you win we want a success fee that they can't tell me what it is but would take some or a bit of any compensation, but bizzaly won't tell me? Weird.
So I'm now in a second complaint, no one (solicitor who's dealing) has contacted me in 6/8 weeks. I dont have a clue if I have anyone doing anything with my instruction and I'm not sure I want anyone in this firm to waste anymore of my time .
In November 2016 I'll have been on somones computer for a year and haven't event even got passed the post of funding- if that's what Irwin Mitchell think is good communication then it needs to take a long hard look at itself and ask are we providing good value to our clients .
How long do you allow funding to drag on for? Set yourself a time limit and just be crystal clear about your process, when your contacted Id expect an email response, it's common curitcy to reply within a set time..
I'm tempted to just terminate my dealings and go elsewhere but not until I've printed all my emails which will prove how many times I've sent requests and had no reply. Vs the times you case audit and say I've been contacted. There are many more times I've emailed you and had nothing even though you state this is not the case
My final point.. You've had instruction almost 1yr and nothing's happened? Do you think that's acceptable given I have chronic pain through a negligent supplier and lower spinal injuries
I would never, ever use or reccomend Irwin mitchell ever.. I think your too big, lose focus on your customers, you don't know who's doing what and you don't accept when things go wrong.
If you want any advice on dealing with customers - ask your customer date team to show you how to communicate. Up to now if give them 10/10, they've delivered what they have said they will do and it can see an ending in site. With you and your legal team we've not even seen a beginning
