Bought a few WiFi solar panels to add to my solar instal. Great for a year and then WiFi tends to fail. Bought some direct and down via Amazon. Pay a bit more and get a better brand. I went for a cheaper company thinking it’s a heater it doesn’t have many working parts.

Steer clear .. there tech supplier is shocking. The suppliers they use at try helpful and when something goes wrong. There not interested.
The solar market is massive and o decided to go to an installer with a fancy website. While the crew was great the rest falls far short to expectation.
If you don’t care about what you’ll get .. fine the back up systems check doesn’t happen so that selling point is a con to make you feel like your being looked after
3 more emails later to discuss and EV charger covered by warranty is still not rectified.
Honest truth. Steer clear.

I have a car with no charge and can’t take my father in law to cancer appointments as I can’t charge my car. All you get is deaf ears. Radio silence.

I understand our Head of Technical has been in touch and is dealing with your issue.
This company has gone backwards .. if your looking for a charger to be an on off nothing more you may as well save your money and buy another brand. It didn’t regulate charge load from the soar to grid so no using what’s taken by the grid. They don’t offer 24.7 support. It’s 9-5 that’s it. I’ve had issues for 3 months 3 months. 3 months!! You make it sound that they connected me and all my issues ended. It didn’t work after a week max 2. The only person who has helped is the gent from Scotland who called me .. to understand the issues. I agree I now have a charger (I have to instal) and start again but not using Cita app..
The 3 year warranty means nothing if they don’t have the stock to change when. There is a fault. The fault was obvious yet I was asked to do so much in the background I could work for tech
I do understand there is going to be some U.K. tech support which will help. That said do your research
Thought we had got around the corner with a new charger. Instal at my wins cost. Set up and….. chargers. Great bit still issues. It won’t Lock at the EV when you send the charge
So now matter what the reply I will always provide an honest updated reply
It’s now October and while I can charge which is great after months of nothing. The unit is still not doing what it can or should do ..

Pain in the rear. EV charger drops off WiFi and I’m advised to take the front panel off to make it live and then told how to reset the WiFi in the box. (System is live ). Then we loose signal server so you can’t charge your car up and no one can tell you how long it will take to be up . We have electric but because of an app we’re buggered
I have a long list of wazap messages. No one checks any of these at all until 9-5 so it’s not a 24/7 service. I’ve had to migrate my account life times than ever
The app has changed which now doesn’t allow a change oF KWH or to be able to regulate this. It’s either 7.2kw charge or nothing which is no good when looking using solar..
As of last night the system went down again and I couldn’t charge the car
IVE BEEN TOLD YHE CHATHER IS FAUKTY AND COVERED UNDER WARRENTY. THAT SAID I CANT AHVE ANY THING TILL YHE END OF SEPTEMBER. IN WHICH CASE K CANT NOW USE MY CAR

Amazed with all the reviews there isn’t one here for Dourish and day. Good or bad.
When selling one of the biggest assets your home you need to make sure your financial investment is in the best hands. Your are heart and your home will it’s sold is marketed to get the best person for the sale. Not always the best price.
Though your agent whose role it is to advise and market your home doesn’t even add the main features added. Full on solar panels. EV charger. Battery and back up. Low cost house to run and saves huge amounts of money. It’s all missing.
I had to ask for feedback throughout the time of the marketing. No updates from them. They advised on price given the current changes to stamp duty I even offered an incentive to pay 10k towards costs and told not to bother .. was that as they’d rather we reduced the price as they’d want a fee .. if so advise accordingly.. and please don’t miss of the features .. (which were added them removed end even now it’s missing weeks later !!. There not interested ..
It’s sad, a few years back I met one of the directors who was really pro customer service and chased up on another house we had to market. Even threw out some suggestions on houses they were selling despite we were part x ours
As companies grow they forget their mission and values. What makes them stand out can soon change and they forget what’s made them who they are leaves people feeling let down. Why’s sentry say selling and buying a home. Getting married and changing a job are one of the most stressful things to do. We all need to feel supported through. That’s what comes from loyalty and returning customers
We are getting to the end of the contract and think it’s time to move on or re think what we do. It’s maybe the turn or use another agency and start again. 3 months wasted but they too will need to be clear what they can offer.
Selling a house car isnt just a Rightmove for sale and let it happen her a price. You have to take your clients on a journey with you .. assure them in what your doing is in Barbie best interest keep in touch not leave them guessing. And while you’ve done something for one person for doesn’t mean it won’t work for another
I have a hybrid 3.6kw inverter. Access remote via the app and have 27kw batteries added with a EV charger. Absolutely love it. Does what it says and responds quickly to change in power solar
Next time or my move would enable my knowledge to use a bigger inverter but not needed

For someone who’s looking to move to a new home with no solar instal and need all new. I’m not sure what I’ll do
Totally shocking. We’ve tried to deliver paid for nevy day deliver and the address to the delivery is to a field a picture of a metal cow gate 3 miles away from here j live. And I’m told do you use the app you can add a photo. I do use the app have what three words and a photo of my house for what good it is. Told we will deliver Monday !! Don’t bother
Do not trust or reply in PAY PAL with payment protection .. thinks landed me with a 1600.00 charge on two purchases. One was missing and the seller agreed. I raised a dispute thinking I was covered and spoke to their customer service agents who agreed, then they told me I and had to pay for an item missing in transit when he who Pay pal said I was liable was currier had said it had been delivered (and wasn’t)
Secondly I had an item delivered to a wrong house. Raised a claim and as they had tracking (elsewhere ). I was liable .. and had to go on walk about to locate the item. I’ll never use pay pal at all ever for any purchase. They are not trustworthy. They hide behind a screen. Don’t like taking to customers and will leave you on hold till you hang up. Shouldn’t be allowed to operate
Be warned .. they offer payment protection however!! Of your item is delivers at your house while your not home. The parcel here thrown into a garden or bin or gets stolen ow thrown left outside your house and then her stolen … you are liable and will be told to pay for The item. Even though your have not had it. They can probed I been delivered )to anywhere ) it’s your issue…
PayPal don’t listen to its customers at all. Even when there own customer service agents agree and add notes to your accounts. They ask for proof when disputing a charge and with all your evidence. They will apply in favour of the seller. Even if you have confirmed agreement from the seller accepting liability. How does that work. No one hit no one reads the dispute area. They dint comply to U.K. law re sales. And that yeh supplier is the legal owner until the item is accepted by the purchaser. . The currier could take a photo and say delivered and then throw it over a wall and even with evidence your liable !!
Total joke .. keep to your credit card company as they will listen you to and will review all the evidence provided
I’d this is the face of this company I would be re thinking who is send out to deal with any member of the public. Thai woman and k can see she has been referred to is not doing anything positive for this company.
Total waste of time. Decided to order some products and after updating on delivery it said it was delayed, then delivered then told it was returned. Couldn’t provide me wiyh products as then out of stock so after needing me about I refunded the total wnd walked away
Love it or hate it. I use pay pal due t9 the interest free and pay over time. Till something doesn’t arrive. Alert us,, your covered. The delivery company say here (a door way no person and 8” of the floor) that’s enough for ownership. So I’ve spent over an hour walking around my estate and located what turns out to be the delivery spot who left it thinking UPS would come and collect it. So if your item says delivered and might be in the next town, that’s good enough for Pay Pal
Shocking shocking is all I can say. Traci your delivery. Smash were have a delay and the same email says delivered. No parcel. Check postcode. We don’t recognise your post code ! Chat…. It’s a bit chat that doesn’t recognise my postcode. Parcel money all missing
I decided for a few weeks should I purchase this product and after much debate decided to do so.. paid my due and confirmed my order. Evi is the Currier and says attempt to deliver but issues and the same delivery says delivered !! No where to be seen.
Bought a gift which wasn’t delivered. Goldsmiths have a no safe policy and signed for only by the homeowner which you think would be great buyer protection.. DPD delivered to safe place. (Not allowed) and not there which means it’s been taken not dropped into the safe box (which shouldn’t be used) and I’m expected to pay for a loss of the delivery driver ! The joys of dealing with a corporate big boy.

Have an oil radiator to add to my solar Amazing. The boost function is great due to the two mini Fans located at the bottom. Achieving a boost of air to creat instant heat. Love it. Added to smart device and Alexa and linked to to solar. I’m nice and warm for little cost.
The only ask I’d want is to the app. When away I can’t turn off unless I delete the whole schedule. And I can’t edit the schedule that’s in needs to be deleted and re added

Dirty plates - argumentative staff. Unorganised. Items ordered and not served. The only person who seemed to know what to do was the manager who gave refunds in items that weren’t provided.
Embarrassing .. so much for a top class restaurant
