After a five star review I have to grade the after care as pretty poor. It’s true when someone hood leaves your company it’s only when you do you realise what they did

Lynsey is really good. The national sales manager and aftercare MP could learn something from dealing with going that extra mile to help a client who has just spent 13k on a system - I called another company for advice who hasn’t had any involvement but sell the Lux products and they were. Ire than helpful. I’d done everything correct just needed to let it settle .. I’ll go back to them should I need any help.

I decided to cost two more batteries and offered a price of close to 5k yet got two of the same two batteries for 3k I understand some profit but please!

As someone’ who will feedback on he good bad and Indifferent -

Instal guys 100%

Planning a return and don’t inform a customer you’re not going seems to be ok. The fact of losing a days salary doenst matter either. It’s business as usual

So make sure your system is fully costed fully working and checked.

And If you have to speak to anyone Liverpool based make sure it’s some who your spoke too when you’ve booked the call

I’ll now have to make up my own days pay through incompetence of others
