Not good enough

Love the design charger. And concept but the tracking was off more than it tracked. If you need this for wife open spaces. Outdoor tracking remember you can refund it. After two trips out to Cannock chase in staffs. Loads of tracks. All I can say is it worked when we got back home. Plus the battery was at 49 % which wasn’t great. Refund for me and keep looking

I have spoke to the customer service. Team who says it’s seamless connectivity. You can’t say that though as it doesn’t connect when it should. I e asked how I send back the item
