Totally useless: Amazon shouldn't be using them
Tracking information says parcel was delivered to our back door. Only trouble is, this house DOESN'T HAVE a back door!!! There IS a very clearly signposted safe place for parcels, and some VERY clear delivery instructions on our Amazon account.
No way of finding out where the parcel actually is, no photograph or anything like that. So, all we know is someone has (allegedly) delivered the parcel somewhere. And we're unlikely to ever receive it. Great service!!!

So I guess ALOT of these places like Amazon, Wayfair, Tiktok place or whatever really does not care for the American consumer to look into these scams because these same entities might be in cahoots with them to take hard earned money from Americans.

I want to share my experience with this delivery company, and unfortunately, it’s been terrible. Their drivers have repeatedly left my packages at the wrong address, causing endless frustration. I honestly don’t know what the hiring standards are, but it seems like being able to read addresses and recognize house numbers should be the bare minimum. I’m so tired of walking around the neighborhood trying to track down my packages, knocking on doors, and asking my neighbors if my orders were dropped off with them again. It shouldn’t be this difficult to receive something I’ve paid for. If I had the option to choose a different carrier for my orders, I absolutely would—because after this experience, I’d never use this company again by choice.
Is this company a scam?
Package via Amazon is running very late and it does not appear in their tracking system at all. There appears to be no way of contacting them and what’s the point if they have no record of the package?
This shipping company is the worst!
This shipping company is the worst I have ever seen. They are horrible and I would not recommend this shipping company to anyone!!! I had 2 packages shipped to me by an illiterate seller and a week and half later it is still in transit from 5 states over... It has travelled through each state and is now apparently moving around my state for the last 3 days "on the way" to the same location each time?? Just ridiculous joke of a shipping company.

37 Days and counting
Not sure what the issue is. Order arrived in Seattle for delivery and was then sent to Indiana. It has been 37 days and my order is still not here in Seattle. I asked for a refund, which the company I ordered from will not give. I am told I should not sign for the order and it will be sent back and then they will refund me. I will not have to sign for this package so I'm told I will have to pay shipping to return it, I will not be ordering anything from any company that uses this shipping agent. Worst shipping experience of any purchase I've ever made in my 58 years.

I had a order for enmy markers and it has been 3 MONTHS!!! With no update, no way to contact this company and now the delivery company (17TRACK) is saying “my delivery is expired” because of this unreliable shipping company. I haven’t had any issues receiving my deliveries (I’ve had maybe 3 or 4) EXCEPT that until they arrive I have no idea if they’re really coming. Shipping does take a little longer and I have NO IDEA where items ship from. The tracking system just looks fake.
Part of the screen is cut off, and there’s really generic information given like “left carrier facility” and “picked up by shipping partner,” but NEVER an actual location of where my package is. Then it just magically arrives one day! I honestly think the tracking info is just made up. Which in my opinion makes them less trustworthy than if they didn’t give tracking info at all.

Why Amazon allows Chinese company's to sell on Thier sites knowing that they are going to use a poor carrier to deliver. Impossible to track a item and good luck trying to get a response from company raised with Amazon due to no delivery 🚚 said delivery wound be approx 8days 40 days still no parcel.

Ordered something for a friend's birthday a month in advance. Parcel was handed over to Yun Express on the 3rd of September and for 16 DAYS there was no update whatsoever.
On the 20th of September, the parcel was updated to say it arrived at the mainland depot in China. What the **** was it doing for 16 days?????
The estimated delivery was 18-25th September. It is now the 27th, as of writing this review, and tomorrow is Sunday meaning no couriers operate.
