ThreeIsRubbish

Absolute rubbish. They acted as an intermediary of DHL eCommerce and my local delivery service. They messed up the address twice (so far) with the same delivery that keeps getting sent back to sender.
You call customer service, no one picks up. You write to them on the whatsapp thing they have, they tell you to contact the phone number that they don't attend. It's one of those companies that if everything goes well, fine, but when something goes wrong, good luck.
If you can, avoid like the plague.
