Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Did emails and WhatsApp and didn’t respond so I ended up calling. All they had was we can’t see it. It keeps getting stuck in places causing my package to be late before my trip. Later they answered my email saying Rihoas (website the package contents were from) never shipped which obviously tracking says otherwise.

So I have ordered from this website before and it was great when I ordered it that time I got my stuff within 8 days and it worked out great for me. I currently have order that keeps having issues on getting to me now it’s now been 11 days and it’s been going so slow. I need it by this Friday and clearly that’s not gonna happen so I reach out to customer service and I even reached out to the customer service of the postal company they use and they have been so unhelpful. All I ask is I be kindly patient. Then the tracking system says they don’t have it. I have spammed email them and they have not answered any of them. It took them 24 hours to just answer one of my emails. I will call, but there’s no phone number on the website either. Safe to say I likely won’t be ordering from them again. Update all they keep giving me is be patient and not looking into the matter.
