This comes from China. Good luck getting it. They use a cheap delivery company who is not for “losing” packages. The company expects you to deal with the delivery company even though the address is correct and the house is fully accessible although they state it isn’t). So I waited weeks and have asked for a refund with no luck. I will update if that changes.

Never received my product and there is no support not sure if it’s this company, or the company they used to deliver in the states but either way it reflects on them. My item is listed as undeliverable with no access, which is untrue. I think they’ve actually just lost the product. They keep saying they’ll look into it and get back to me which they don’t.
This company is a scam. They never delivered my items saying it was undeliverable, which is completely untrue. Then they said they would re-deliver it and they keep changing the date when I reach out to them they say they’re gonna look into it and get back to me which they don’t and then all of a sudden their system doesn’t work and you cannot communicate any longer. Be careful ordering anything particularly from China because this cheap company is often their final destination Carrier. I think they just keep the items or they just so incompetentthat they lose them.
Order went to pharmacy 6/30. Customer service slow to respond and just gives a generic cookie cutter answer, wondering if I made a bad choice choosing this company they said they would be delayed, but it’s beyond the time that they said.

My refinance went quickly and smoothly until closing. The agent was responsive but failed to communicate some important information that was not known until we showed up at closing and we then had to reschedule. He was very condescending and refused to acknowledge his error. He was very unapologetic and didn't seem to care if he had my business or not. Luckily the notary went above and beyond to help accommodate us.
