I never received the package
I never received the package. Checking with both the seller and Yunwen, both disavowed any responsibility, saying it had been delivered to the correct address. The address (my office building) was correct, but they left it in a public place on a Sunday evening. Of course it was stolen. Customer service from both Yunwen and Gnoce jewelry was “Sorry; your problem.” Until I contacted PayPal.
As an aside, Gnoce refused to replace my order. Although they have frequent promotions, for example, buy 2, get 4 free, they refused to send a replacement for two charms I actually bought and paid for! Until I got PayPal involved. They are sending a replacement, but I may be out of town when they attempt delivery. Wish me luck.
