I am furious

I am furious. Shop is a parasite. I never asked for them, they attach themselves to other companies orders. It was bad enough when I started getting text messages from them. Now I see they actually have my credit card information. I am FURIOUS.

A few things

A few things. First off, the collagen powder is so expensive. Who can continue to buy this month after month? Second, I had a coupon code and the site said it was accepted, yet did not apply it at check out. Took me FOUR emails to get it straightened out, and I didn't want to get a credit AFTER...I wanted it deducted from my payment amount. Obviously something wrong with the site, if it says a code is accepted but then does not deduct it. Finally, I noticed someone else here post about how unreliable On Trac is. They are AWFUL. I have had so many issues with them. Do companies not check out a delivery service before using them?! They get a one star rating here on trust pilot.

Cap one shopping USED to be good

Cap one shopping USED to be good. Now it takes forever to get the credit for your purchases AND recently they gave me the wrong code...one that does not work, even though they deducted the points from my account. NO ONE will return my emails and there is no other way to contact them. A good idea gone bad.

I wish I could give zero. Total scam artists. and Liars. Been almost 40 days and still haven't received. ASked for a refund and they either ignored me or tried to gaslight me asking me to provide the same details I have now provided over and over and over. Lied and said it was coming from europe but tracking clearly shows it coming from China. STILL waiting to be refunded.

I haven't even received it yet and they have already lost me. I am sick to death of companies that make promises and then don't follow through. They SAY they ship in 1-2 days. It has been 3 days and it has not even shipped yet. Seriously. You get the order...how hard is it to ship right after you receive it?

I would not give them even a fraction…

I would not give them even a fraction of a star. My order was placed almost a month ago and even though it says you can contact them to find out where the heck it is , and they will reply within two days, they NEVER respond to you. I am beyond frustrated and esp angry to know that a product I thought was american made was instead coming from China.

I only just ordered and alread pissed off

I only just ordered, but then I had to sit through a 15 minute (or more!) video telling me not to close the window as this woman yammered on and on about how to REALLY make it work, you had to buy yet another product. Just an incredible waste of my time, and something that should have been mentioned BEFORE purchase. I can't even tell you how long the video is because she is STILL TALKING. I could have gotten dressed, washed and applied makeup in the time she has been talking. I want to throw my laptop out the window at this point. Just absolute hubris to think we want to hear her talk on and on and on in what is basically another big sales pitch. So turned off at this point and regretting my purchase already.

There is NO reason for shop to exist. I hate when companies use shop, then shop emails asking me verification that i am who I say I am. Just one more entity that now has my email and phone, that I never authorized to have them!

Got a bench that came in about 30 different pieces. All it said onsite was "assembly required" but no indication that literally NOTHING, NO PART of it was assembled. If I wanted to return I would have to pay shipping so I am stuck with it. Remembered why I stopped ordering from them to begin with. They make Ikea look "complete?"

ZERO stars

ZERO stars. First off their stuff comes from china and it is toxic and cheap. Second, they show you one page re returns that just says it is being renovated and then when you try to return something, there is a whole list of hoops to jump through. Third, even though the item shipped from CA they said it would be $50 to return to china...a $29 bra that was not worth $2. Just basically a cheap piece of beige chemical laden stretchy fabric. Even the inserts don't stay in the right place. Just garbage. Went into the trash. I would be embarrassed to GIVE it away! I contacted discover and sadly they sided with this unethical company. STAY AWAY. One of the worst companies I have EVER dealt with!!!! Dishonest and cheap, tacky, toxic.

I really like the IDEA of no bottles

I really like the IDEA of no bottles, but I just could not work up a lather with the shampoo bar and the conditioner bar was not any better. I got out of the shower feeling like my hair was not cleaned or conditioned. I gave two stars for the thought behind bottle-less shampoo and conditioner.

For a richer lather, especially with our Bottle-Free Beauty bars, it's helpful to use a beauty bar bag, which can help build up the lather. Wetting the bar thoroughly and either rubbing it between your hands or directly onto your scalp in circular motions might also make a difference​​.

NO stars

NO stars. Garbage. $700 refrigerator and in 2.5 years it stopped working. Spent over $100 on food I had to toss; another $100 on cooler and daily ice for a while; another $100 on a mini-fridge. Didn't want to repair since I am moving and can't take (oh, and I had a buyer but of course lost her when this happened.) NO help from whirlpool. They just really don't care. Just built-in obsolescence. Who on earth buys a refrigerator thinking it will only be good for 2.5 years. Wish I had come here, but I trusted the name. Silly me. Never again!

I would give zero stars

I would give zero stars. The implied warantee says that any product sold needs to be fit for the purpose for which it is sold. I have a refrigerator only 2.75 years old and already not working and because I didn't pay for the extended warranty they will not fix it. Who spends almost $1,000 on an appliance thinking it will stop working in that amount of time. Built in obsolescence. I think my last one went at least 20 years before needing repair. Contacted whirlpool. They just do NOT care. Hope they go out of business.

ok, well I was not satisfied with the fact that the vein formula said it was permanent but then the bottle says temporary. I will say though that they are bending over backwards to right the issue, so I would say that if you DO have a problem, you likely will get satisfaction from them. I wish I hadn't had to go through the hassle of going to the post office and waiting in line to do the return, but there is much to be said for trusting that a company will do their best to right wrong.

well I have now been using the vein oil three times a day for over a month now and there is zero difference, either permanent or temporary. It's a definite no for me on these oils, and I am afraid I have to side with the other one star reviews. This stuff is useless.

Do not trust them

First, they sold me peptides that they did not even have in stock. Second, they charged me the wrong amount, by almost $100. Third, they still have not credited me back. I asked days ago and first they just ignored the request and told me the items would be in stock soon. I told them AGAIN I wanted a refund. I keep hearing "a few more days." I am so fed up with them. You do NOT sell something you don't have without letting the customer know the item is on back-order. And there is NO reason to NOT credit back a charge the day of the request.
