I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, the company was unhelpful and showed a lack of concern. Furthermore, their shipping partners are unreliable and should reconsider their business practices. I had provided specific delivery instructions, which they failed to follow, resulting in the theft of my package. To make matters worse, the company refused to provide a refund, citing their policy. I find this unacceptable, especially after providing proof that the package was not delivered as instructed. As a frequent customer, I expect a higher level of service and understanding from Shein. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to reconsider my business with them.
