Impossible to Track

Impossible to Track, no idea whether in transit, still at depot, or lost 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️🙅‍♀️. Tried numerous times, nothing, dead ends, some companies offering tracking for Yun want card payments set up!!!! What!!!! Just add a proper tracking system to your website, simples. Hopefully my parcel will arrive at some point, if I’m given a tracking number I expect to be able to track it, doubt I will order again from Yun, far too risky, inadequate company.

Badgered to order meds 🙄

No problems with delivery,
my major gripe is being hounded to order meds when I don’t need them, countless unnecessary emails on a daily basis.
I finally changed my supplier as it became so ridiculous, and now am still receiving emails despite asking numerous times to unsubscribe!!!
So 1 star it is, listen to your customers, we’re not stupid, we know when we need medication, as a company you are persuading people to order meds they don’t need 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ why? The nhs is in enough of a financial mess without you adding to it.
Change your policy regarding emails, Rant over 😬

Not the Bank it used to be.

Been with this bank for years, have recommended to many over time, Starling seems to have lost it recently, I've found the process of transferring money intolerable, it's described as 'Faster Payment' !!!!! Diabolical timescale, I tried to buy my grandson a first car, despite plenty of credit in account we nearly lost the car due to Starlings new ish policy, I phoned numerous times, nothing could be done to speed it up, had to leave without it and go back the next day, Starling offered me a £50 credit for the time/hassle which was greatfully received, since then I've had more instances of money not going through until someone decides it's legit, takes far too long (hours).
To add insult to injury I found out recently from my son in law that he receives 4% interest on his Starling Easy Saver, I applied as always have spare cash in account, I was told I didn't meet the criteria, I asked what was the criteria needed and was told they couldn't tell me, that I could put in a complaint but it wouldn't make any difference to the decision, I personally think they have branded anyone over 70 as incompetent and not capable of making a decision, so it's goodbye from me.
Thanks Starling, I've been a loyal customer for years who has never defaulted, or been overdrawn. I'm gone, given my business and current accounts to Monzo.

Great dog food, my one time fussy girl is now excited at meal times, she can't wait for the bowl to go down. I love the convenience, I love the range of ingredients, I love the way my dog cleans her bowl so it looks like it's been washed 😂.

Wiser Heating System

I've had a Wiser Heating System installed for over 2 yrs now. It's been easy to use via the app or Alexa, works a treat. I recently had a connection problem after a broadband router password reset, I contacted tech support via email and they (John) helped me fix the problem, he was very patient, gave clear instructions on how to fix the problem, great service, thankyou.
I highly recommend the Wiser System.

Wiser heating system

I've had the Wiser heating system installed for over 2yrs now. It's worked perfectly and been trouble free until I recently had a problem getting my hub to reconnect to my router, this was difficult for me as I'm not Tech savvy, I communicated with John who patiently walked me through the process via email, I found the customer service excellent and would highly recommend the Wiser Heating System.

Very Poor. How does a company the size of…

How does a company like Craghoppers not know that the phone number for Customer Services on their confirmation email is no longer working, the only reason a customer phones customer services is if they have a problem, it seems Craghoppers have a massive problem themselves.
No phone contact. A none existent 'Chat' service. A reply to email saying they will contact you back within 72hrs, then no contact, more emails sent, finally get a one line reply with no proper explanation, complete wind up.
For some odd reason Craghoppers have 2 separate Trustpilot review pages, The other one has 72% 1 star reviews!!! A lot of very frustrated loyal customers who vow never to use again, no surprise there then.

Return Process Impossible

Ordered trainers (xmas present) from this company because they offer free returns, although you have to pay for postage from them. Very nice trainers but too small. I followed all instructions to return, ie, log into account, click on orders, click return button, NO Return Button. Live chat doesn't respond, email link doesn't respond, Customer Service phone line is closed. So what now? Disappointed grandson. Wish I'd not ordered fron here, My order no if anyone from Pro Direct Sports reads this is 61602030. Please assist, if you do I will amend my review.

Refund received, after being helped out by customer services. I've changed the review from 1 to 3 stars, as the trainers although didn't fit were excellent quality, I do feel the returns proceedure is very poor, it was impossible for me to return the trainers without paying postage, which was supposed be free, I feel if I hadn't left a poor review I wouldn't have been assisted before the returns window had expired, but thankyou for the refund.

Just Like 'Chippy' Puds

Bought a 4 pack of these puddings. Great, just like the chip shop ones but much cheaper. Don't understand the negative reviews, there was plenty of tasty meat, rich gravy, and the suet case was very tasty. I cooked them exactly as suggested on the pack, ie steamed in 1 inch simmering water for 40 minutes. Just Perfect. I can only think the negative reviewers haven't followed the cooking instructions too well. Will definitely be buying more. Thanks Hollands ✔👍😋

Shouldn't be trading

Shouldn't be trading, total bandits, please read all 1 star reviews. Most of the 5 star reviews are fake, this company (Designer Radiator Concepts) is part of the LuxePad Group, which hasn't traded since 2019. They advertise cheaper goods than competitors to lure you in, then simply keep your money, dont answer emails, cut you off after waiting hours to get through on phone, when finally get through they make false promises, my bank is now involved with getting my refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Update.
48hrs after the review was published I received a full refund. Once bitten, twice shy, they won't get any more custom from myself or friends and family.

Appalling company

Appalling company, shouldn't be trading, I feel a lot of the positive views on here are fake. Please read all 1 star reviews. This company take your money, dont reply to emails, when you finally speak to an advisor after waiting on hold for over an hour they make false promises time and time again, I paid by credit card, bank now involved with refunding full payment. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The Wright Buy Co

My experience with this company wasn't a good one, will never purchase from them again. Their refund policy is a shambles. They don't do as they say regarding refunds, they agree on a refund for non delivery of goods, then the run around starts, they make false statements re proof of goods being delivered when they haven't been delivered. The whole refund process is dragged out unnecessarily.
A few days after posting this review I received an email from the company offering me a £20 refund if I removed the review!!! Ha, there would probably be many more 1 star reviews on here about this company, but people are tempted by cash. I think even less of them now, they really are a low-life company with no morals whatsoever.

Cookology Customer Service…

I ordered a Cookology microwave via Amazon as it was quick delivery & I had no cooking facilities in my new home. The microwave didn't arrive, I was advised to wait 10 days (in case it arrived) then apply for a refund. As thus wasn't feasible I contacted customer services, they agreed a refund. I ordered a 2nd Cookology micro on ebay, this arrived within 3 days. Happy days u would think. No refund, despite calls and emails, I got the complete run around, promise after excuse over and over, even told me they had proof of 2 delivered micros.This was blatant lying. I had to threaten with court action. I did eventually receive the refund via Amazon. Will never use Cookology again. Very poor company. No values, you may well get the goods u ordered, if you don't and you need help from them in resolving, good luck, threaten with legal action, it helped in my case. Reading the reviews my experience is very common. Avoid this company, if you have a problem they do nothing but stress you out.
