Item "lost in transit."

We ordered an item off of Amazon and Yun Express was the required courier. The package was supposed to arrive in mid July, but by early August we still hadn't received anything, even though the Amazon tracking said the item was "out for delivery." Upon using the actual Yun Express tracking, we saw a message saying "OH no! Your package was lost in transit." Great. We never received any email or text notifying us of this to at least start the process of rectification. Really bad courier service from my experience. Definitely avoid if you can.
