Habe dort eine Beamer Leinwand bestellt. Kam schnell an und ein gutes Produkt. Leider passtet es nicht der Platz, den ich dafür hatte, also musste ich ihn zurückschicken. Ihr Kundenservice war hervorragend.

Ordered a projection screen from them. Arrived quickly and a good product. Unfortunately didn't fit the space I had for it, so I had to return it. Their customer service was stellar.

Received my item “camping kitchen” it went together ok but now I cannot separate the poles from the joint. Your answer was to use WD40. It’s taken 3 adults to try to separate part of the unit but some cannot be separated. I’d like a refund please as this is not even practical for camping as it cannot be separated.

This side awning is a marvelous piece. Top quality, esthetic, stable. Performs its duties. Also - TecTake customer support proved to be very professional, friendly and customer oriented. Well done!

We bought the Valencia 8 seat dining table and chairs. It has taken 3 hours just to put the legs on the table and none of them have come on straight no matter what we have done. The rattan is unweaving in some places, it is absolutely awful. We are so disappointed and we haven't even started on the chairs. I can't even imagine how wonky those will be. Don't waste your money or time.

The garden furniture arrived securely packaged, in 4 boxes. There is a fair amount of self-assembly, which isn't particularly difficult, but is time consuming, so allow 2-3 hours. There are a lot of screws, washers etc, but small tools are provided. I found that there were actually a number of extra items, which is a great idea. I am happy with the finished result. The furniture seems to be of good quality and looks good. The cover that is provided is very lightweight, and the first time that there was just a moderate wind it lifted and blew away, so it would be worth buying a more substantial one. I had to contact the supplier as there was one stool cushion missing, although there were 2 extra chair cushions. I have had a reply and am now waiting for another cushion to be delivered. I am happy with the quality of the goods and service I have received, and would recommend Tectake to others.

I bought a scratching post on December 19th 2019. Already a few months later it became more and more bursteded. The fabric began to dismantel. One post broke, also one of the little houses. Meanwhile almost every part is dammaged! My reclaim actually wasn't taken seriously. They really told me, it was the fault of my cats, they didn't use it correctly!

Terrible service, mower broke after a few weeks, mails were ignored and simply deleted. Never again

I ordered the locker on May 31st and still don't have it. Its 8th of June. Customer service is ridiculous, they answer for my every email 'we are very sorry' and put responsibility on the delivery company. The delivery company says I should be very thankful they do this job for me for free as for big orders like mine I should pay for delivery! (?!?!). Sorry, what?? The free delivery option is a normal option at tectake and I should get it ASAP anyway!! They've been postponing it everyday since few days. I'm so angry, so so angry, don't have furniture which I really need.

Wonderful! Beautiful box with a nice shape and so much space. I really like the light weight and adjustable zipper for more space.

Just purchased a Cat Activity Tree and although it is huge is was free p&p and the delivery was super quick. They kept me upto date with the tracking of the delivery which was great. On unpacking the item I noticed a part was damaged and I notified them reference the item and dispatched a replacement which arrived promptly. This was the first time I had used TecTake but it certainly won't be the last as they are a professional company and their customer care is excellent.

I purchased a outdoor rattan set in May 2016.
In September one of the elements, a table, began decomposing. I claimed and it was promptly replaced.
In December 2017, before storing them for the winter time, the same table and other 4 elements began breaking apart so I claimed again.
This time they will not assume it is their fault despite the photographic evidence and taking into account that fibers are decomposing in zones with no contact with human body eg, table fibers are under a templated glass and the other elements are the upper parts of the back of the seats.
It is not acceptable for an outdoor set last for less than a couple of summer seasons. I really hope to get a solution. A replacement for faulty parts will be the minimum.

Tectake have been easy to work with and their communication has been timely. I would recommend them in the future

I bought 6 white chairs "Esszimmerstuhl Thomas weiss" on 18th December and they arrived in Italy on 23th. Very fast shipping. The chairs were very cheap but nice, elegant and comfortable. There were only little rust spots, but not so visible so I decided to keep them and they look so good in my living room. Don't hesitate!

I purchased an A-Frame display board from TecTake via Amazon. The item was damaged on receipt and the overall quality was poor. Yes, the item was cheap, but as the backing boards were just thin mounting board and as the item was so large (A1), the board is extremely flimsy.

They refused to give me a refund and would only send replacement parts for the damaged sections. The new parts were in a worse condition than the original item (they were bent out of shape.)

I'm stuck with an item that is slowly falling apart as it's not strong enough to be used outside.
