My order was not delivered

I ordered the locker on May 31st and still don't have it. Its 8th of June. Customer service is ridiculous, they answer for my every email 'we are very sorry' and put responsibility on the delivery company. The delivery company says I should be very thankful they do this job for me for free as for big orders like mine I should pay for delivery! (?!?!). Sorry, what?? The free delivery option is a normal option at tectake and I should get it ASAP anyway!! They've been postponing it everyday since few days. I'm so angry, so so angry, don't have furniture which I really need.
