Items missing from my order

I received my delivery 48 hours ago upon receipt my order was not complete and parts were missing. I contacted you within a few minutes of receipt sent photographs and now no acknowledgement from yourselves. I wish to start a chargeback claim. appalling service.

Avoid avoid using this company.

The packaging even shows the weight of the parcel so you know I didn’t receive the full order.

Just spent a week on the Iona at the Fjords

Just spent a week on the Iona and had a fantastic time. The ship was really comfortable. Most of the staff were friendly. The cabin with the balcony was wonderful very clean and comfortable. The food was excellent, even the buffet restaurants, and the entertainment? Wow! so professional and so much choice.

The drinks were of great quality in the bars but slightly higher prices than at home.

Will definitely recommend and use the Iona ship again. The Fjords were very nice.

Cannot Add Card for re-occurring payments 

This review is for Now Broadband

I cannot add a payment card to make payments and every month I receive an email saying my payment has not been made. This has been going for 6 months and it’s causing so much stress. Every month I call them and they assure me the card has been saved for future payments and every month I receive an email saying the bill has not been paid. My only option is to leave them.

Nightmare of a company with no service

Only joined Lyca Mobile 2 weeks ago as 5G is now in my area, with the intension of porting my number to them after a month of trial. I'm so glad I didn't port over! For the last three days I've not been able to make calls or send sms. Also not able to speak to customer service, login online or through the app to cancel my auto renew. Not great and wouldn't recommend Lyca Mobile. Stay well away... Thank goodness I still had my other sim, otherwise it would have been a nightmare. :(

Where to start

I honestly don’t know where to start. 3 weeks ago I signed up for FTTP. All email correspondence received confirmed installation date. A week before installation I was concerned that no equipment had been received. I was promised delivery would be 3 to 5 days before installation. The person also confirmed installation date on this call.

2 days before installation date I contacted customer service again asking about the equipment delivery only to be told “it won’t be dispatched until an engineer visit and a confirmed date of installation has been given” an engineer came 3 days prior to this and I have an email confirming the date. To cut a very long long story short. It’s not been installed, I’ve lost a days wages and I resulted in cancelling the order as I am unable to have another day off work. I have been lied to time and time again.
A WORD OF WARNING. The person I spoked to asked for my 1st and 2nd digit of my pin which I gave. She then said sorry I couldn’t hear you please can you give me your 3rd and 4th digit. Obviously I refused then as I was concerned it was a SCAM. Thank goodness I have all conversations recorded. And about to contact Ofcom.

Pleas please stay away from this outrageous, incompetent company called VODAFONE.

Only stayed for 1 month

Only stayed for 1 month. First of all the speeds are capped and no where near Vodafone speeds. Even though you state the unlimited plans are capped and not the other data plans. This is nonsense. ( first lie )

Within a few days of joining before I knew the speed issue I changed my data bundle for the following month, un be know to me…. Asda mobile charged my bank immediately so I’ve now paid £25 to you in two days. 🥵. After several calls upon experiencing slower speeds I contacted customer service ( awful service ) I was promised by at least 8 staff members I could cancel the queued bundle and have a refund to my bank account for next months bundle. I have phoned every day this week because I am porting my number back to Vodafone and time after time told the refund will be in my bank tomorrow. But still nothing. Now my account has ended and still not had my refund ( nothing but lies ). The only consolation is that I’m now back with Vodafone and instead of having ridiculous speeds having 176Mbs on 4G instead of around 12Mbs.

I also duplicated all the above for my wife so the cost and experience is double. £50 wasted.

I would never use or recommend Asda mobile to anyone.

Hi josh
A gentleman spoke to me Wednesday and promised the money would be refunded by today and that he would phone today before 12pm. Guess what? No refund and no phone call.

I just cannot believe the service I’m receiving.

If you would kindly arrange a deadlock letter please and then I can take this further with the ADF scheme.

Received my item “camping kitchen” it…

Received my item “camping kitchen” it went together ok but now I cannot separate the poles from the joint. Your answer was to use WD40. It’s taken 3 adults to try to separate part of the unit but some cannot be separated. I’d like a refund please as this is not even practical for camping as it cannot be separated.

I made a purchase for a camping kitchen…

I made a purchase for a camping kitchen unit. The poles went together ok, unfortunately they cannot be separated. I sent photos and this was passed onto the supplier Tectake. There answer was to use WD40. 😡

This did not help at all and still won’t separate. Looks like I will have to contact my credit card company. Surely if you sell me a camping product it has to be able to be taken apart again 🤷‍♂️

Manomano! You are the company I paid my money to so you have to arrange pick up and a refund arranged.

Perfect so far

I’ve only been with Smarty for 14 days but wanted to write this review so soon because I cannot get over the value and service.

I took a chance on leaving a well known mobile provider just 6 days before going on holidays.

I ordered my sim on Saturday it arrived midday Tuesday and everything ported over perfectly by midday Wednesday “actually received a text 12:02” confirming this.

Went on holidays 5 days later and everything worked perfect for the whole holiday. I didn’t bother looking for free WiFi as I had unlimited use of minutes and text and 19Gig of data whilst abroad. I used 6Gig in a week abroad.

4G whilst away was averaging 40-50 meg which was fab for everything. At home I’m getting speeds around 50 - 69 meg. I’m on the unlimited plan and if it carries on working like it is now, I shall be staying with Smarty forever.

I also added another account for my son and this gives him 15% discount off his plan.

Would highly recommend Smarty and if you’re not happy you can leave immediately as you pay in advance for the month ahead via a card payment.

Well done Smarty other networks need to pay attention.

Obviously the above results are location depending but this my experience so far.

Apple Pay please please please🤞🏻

I’ve been with curve from almost the very beginning. First of all the card and app are excellent for home and abroad. Not very often have I had to contact customer service but when I have my experience has been excellent.

I’ve only given 4 not 5 stars because Curve still lacks Apple Pay and I’m finding I am using Curve less and less as Apple Pay is so convenient using Apple Watch. Other than that it’s an all rounder.

Keep up the good work and great service but please add Apple Pay it’s been a few years now.

just needs Apple Pay

I’ve been using Tandem around a year now. It’s a great credit card with cash back. Instant notifications. Text message when using a new merchant. Customer service always reliable and helpful. Only givenTandem 4 star because it still lacks Apple Pay. If Apple Pay was now available “2019” I would use this card for everything. Also the option to increase credit limit would be great.
Would definitely recommend applying though. 😊

The best mattress I’ve ever slept on.

With so many choices wasn’t sure which to go for. You have to be confident with your product to offer a 100 night free trial “I know there are a few with this choice”

But with so many amazing reviews I decided on Simba. I am so glad I did from the first night you will realise how good this mattress is. You just get into bed and fall asleep no moving around to get comfy. An absolute perfect mattress it just moulds to your position and shape. I’ve not received an email asking me so send a review I decided to search for trust pilot because I wanted to share my experience about the best mattress I have ever purchased and most importantly ever slept on in my life.
