A Victron MK3 programmer was sold to a client which claims it didnt work with mac. We tried to help them but no answer so we get it back. Client used it to do whatever he wanted to and as not needingit anymore, decided to return it claiming a faulty product. As we tested it and continued talking to our client explaining that some of our products cannot be returned (only replaced if faulty preciely as in this case we a re talking about a PROGRAMMING DEVICE that indeed can be needed only once), all of the sudden the A-to-Z warranty is applied, whilst the client DID use the product. -we can prove this as firmware of MK3 was updated). They say their A-to-Z decision is irrevocable.. I have my personal conditions that limit refunds on certain products due to the type of product it is.
I have asked now 5 times opening new disputes for an understandable reason regarding their dedesicion but never get a decent response.
Not a money issue but a facts issue.
