I was a bit afraid that glasses ordered online might not fit, but no! they fit pretty well and the quality seems fine! besides that they are just super cute, i love them!

The size i got was not right, was way too big. they told me to send it back and pay for shipping so that they can exchange. I sent back but never got money for the shipping nor exchange. They transferred me the cost of product only and i got 9€ less on my account, probably due to paypal fee. I had to make a total new order and pay full price for it.

I ordered the locker on May 31st and still don't have it. Its 8th of June. Customer service is ridiculous, they answer for my every email 'we are very sorry' and put responsibility on the delivery company. The delivery company says I should be very thankful they do this job for me for free as for big orders like mine I should pay for delivery! (?!?!). Sorry, what?? The free delivery option is a normal option at tectake and I should get it ASAP anyway!! They've been postponing it everyday since few days. I'm so angry, so so angry, don't have furniture which I really need.

Terrible. I canceled my trip, actually didn't want to cancel just change the dates. Couldn't make it as there was no such option, so I had no choice but cancel it, however got voucher for next trip. Wanted to use it immediately but after trying few times I gave up, as there was no option of typing in any vouchers while booking!!! In few days I tried again as I needed to book a trip to Poland. Obviously my voucher was not valid anymore and I had to pay again!! Great! This is how flix bus earns money? Congrats!! I wish 'polskibus' still existed. I had been using polskibus for years before, and never had such problems. Then it was sold to flixbus, sadly. It's just cheating on people. I'm shocked and angry. Not to mention the internet never works inside.
