Very poor service and not improving

Poor/no communication. Timescales not kept. No information given without being specifically requested.
Still have no goods 8 days after placing order.
Tracking -link given 7 days after order! - shows item taken backwards and forwards across the country. No direct contact from deliverer.
Cannot comment on quality of product as not seen!! Thinking of cancelling order.
You sent me a standard email at 10:15 this morning with a tracking link, I replied at 11:46 asking questions.
It is now 14:48 and I don’t have a further communication from Tectake. I would love to résolve this issue. More over, I would love to receive my furniture - it is 12 days since I ordered it.

The service was excellent, superb communication and information as product was ordered in France, delivered in France quicker than the estimated delivery time. I will definitely be using this supplier again.
