I have used MPB on previous occasions and always been happy with their service. On this occasion I wanted to sell a camera and a couple of lenses. After contacting MPB online with the details I received a provisional quote very quickly. My equipment was collected on a date to suit me, and was free of charge. I received a notification when MPB received the equipment and the following day I received a revised quote, which was more than the original. Needless to say I am delighted with the whole process, and will not hesitate to go back to MPB for my photographic needs.

We have holidayed with Jet2 many times in recent years, and I believe that they offer a first class service and an excellent choice of accommodation. I like the fact that all of my needs can be met with the online booking system, from flights to accommodation, and also return transfers. We stayed at Quinta Da Casa Branca in Madeira on this occasion, and were generally delighted with the hotel. It is set in beautiful grounds and the rooms are clean and well furnished. Staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and efficient, and food was excellent. My only complaint is that the rooms are poorly sound-proofed. We could hear noise from rooms to either side, and above us, and that was often late in the evening or very early in the morning, so sleep was sometimes difficult. But for that one issue, I would have been happy to rate the holiday as 5 stars. I would always recommend Jet2 holidays to others.

I like the fact that my details are stored by Go.Compare, so I don't need to spend ages form filling when I begin a search. Once I requested a quote the many options appeared very quickly, and there was plenty of choice. Once I found a suitable provider I was able to pay a deposit, safe in the knowledge that my vehicle insurance cover will begin at the appropriate time and date.

Hillary's fitted some blinds in my conservatory in 2021. Some of the plastic retaining clips recently started to become brittle, and a few broke off. I was able to order some replacements online, and while I could fit them myself, I had problems getting the tension right on the cords. I contacted Hillary's and they informed me that they do not offer a repair service once the warranty period has expired. They will only provide replacement parts. Clearly, setting the tension on the cords which form part of the blinds can only be carried out by someone who has the required training. So I am now left with a number of blinds which are effectively useless, and I will have to replace them. I will not be using Hillary's! Their after sales service, outside the warranty period, is non-existent.

I visited the Curry's sales room in Shrewsbury and found the attentiveness and helpfulness of staff very reassuring. I wanted a new washing machine and was shown a number of suitable options. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and I was able to order a new appliance, and arrange a suitable date for delivery. The machine arrived on time and was installed very quickly by the delivery team, who also removed my old machine.

An excellent quality product. I ordered a frameless canvas picture of a scene well known to me and my wife. I am really pleased with the picture, which now has pride of place in our living room. The picture arrived within a few days and was securely packaged. There was an issue with the courier and I feel that Photo4me need to review their business relationship with them. Otherwise I would definitely recommend Photo4me.

I arranged my home insurance with Admiral, through a comparison site, but once I had made contact the experience was smooth and easy.

We booked a package holiday, using Jet2 Indulgent Escapes. The overall experience was good, and the holiday went smoothly. We enjoyed the express security lane after checking in at Manchester Airport (although on this occasion there weren't many people going through the normal channel). We had a complimentary drink during the flight and a private transfer to our accommodation. The hotel was excellent and we had a great stay. On the down side, the return journey was not quite as smooth. We had a 50 minute delay after boarding the plane, which was not comfortable, and then had to wait on the plane for 20 minutes after landing at Manchester because of a problem with an air bridge. I would still recommend Jet2, as they do offer peace of mind for the overall holiday experience.

Little House, in Derbyshire, is a lovely, comfortable property, set in a beautiful area, with amazing views all round. The owner is friendly and welcoming, and gave us lots of good advice to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend Little House to anyone looking for an ideal place to relax and unwind.

The frame came in reasonably good time, and was well packaged. It was well protected and unmarked. I was able to mount a poster within minutes and the frame gives it a really pleasing finish. I would recommend this item to others.

I ordered some clothing online and was impressed that the items arrived within a couple of days. The clothing was exactly as advertised, in terms of size and colour, and was of good quality. I would definitely recommend Next to others.

My late father gave me a watch as a present some years ago. Unfortunately the winder was damaged when I took it in to get a new battery - never use a local shoe repairer to replace a watch battery! I was concerned that the cost of repairing the watch through the usual channels would be excessive, and so did nothing for a while. I then saw Fix My Watch advertised online and requested a quote. I was impressed, and arranged to have my watch repaired. Their system is excellent. The watch was collected by a courier from my home and taken for repair. I was informed when it arrived, and kept informed of progress by email. The watch was repaired and fully serviced, and only at that point was I contacted to pay, before the watch was returned to me, again by courier. The watch is now back in perfect working order and I don't need to feel guilty any more when I look at it! I was provided with a certificate guaranteeing the work for 2 years. Fix My Watch is a very efficient and reasonably priced way of getting your watch serviced or repaired, and I recommend them 100%.

I was due to have an annual service and, as always, I had to contact D & G to arrange that. I logged on to my account and for some time went around in circles, as there was no obvious option to book a service, only a repair. I finally got to a 'service' option, only for the page to be unavailable because of a problem. I phoned and was directed to the engineer's number, and I arranged a service. The engineer identified a couple of repairs to be done, and I am now waiting to be contacted by them. D & G have contacted me by email on a few occasions, including a request for feedback (this feedback), and on each occasion they have referred to a 'repair' to my boiler. It was a service, not a repair, and the work that needs to be done as a result is still outstanding, therefore any review is premature. I will submit a further review when the work is complete. Update - 30th Sept. Thank you Richard, I contacted D & G and arranged an engineer visit for today (30th Sept). I received an email and a SMS message confirming that on 30th. Nobody came and I was not contacted by anyone! I couldn't contact the engineers as they were closed (they don't work on a Saturday apparently). I rang D & G but there was a possible wait time of an hour to speak to someone. I will now have to chase this up next week, as clearly nobody will be contacting me. This whole experience has been totally unacceptable and I will be ending all contact with D & G after this episode.

I received easy to understand information and advice. The process was positive.

Due to unforeseen medical reasons I enquired about the possibility of moving an imminent holiday to a different date, rather than just cancel. I was informed that the owner of the cottage would have to agree, and that enquiry was duly made. The owner agreed and I was then able to book another date of my choosing. The 2 advisors who dealt with me were excellent - friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. I would definitely recommend Original Cottages to others.

I spent a week in Tenerife with my wife, at the Iberostar Selection Anthelia, through Jet2 Indulgent Escapes. The hotel is excellent, and the staff we encountered were, without exception, genuinely friendly and hard working. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed comfortable. Unfortunately the live evening entertainment, in a concert room within the hotel, is fed through to a lobby bar adjacent to the accommodation that we were in (Aida south facing).This took place between around 9pm to 11.30-45pm each evening, and was invariably loud. If you choose not to go to the entertainment room, it will come to you - whether you want it or not! It's a shame that this one thing spoiled the holiday to some extent. As far as Jet2 are concerned, the experience was very good. Again, their staff are always friendly and helpful, and the extras provided by the Indulgent Escapes package made the whole experience enjoyable. A word about Security at Tenerife on our arrival - it was probably the worst experience I have had in any airport. The process took an age, and our cases were virtually the only ones on the stationary carousel by the time we got through. None of that was the fault of Jet2, and on the overall experience I would happily recommend them.

I uploaded a scanned photo of a design . The colour and clarity of the print I received are excellent. Delivery time was good and packaging was sturdy. I would definitely recommend Hello Canvas.

I enjoy using the site, and find it easy to negotiate. There is a wealth of information, and the hints are extremely useful, in the main. The hints that are suggested to me by email occasionally are not generally helpful, as they are more often people whom I have recently looked at myself already. As with any of these sites, you will find that there will always be more information offered, but at an extra cost. They have acted when I have found errors in transcription records, and I think that is crucial to prevent researchers being frustrated by wrong information. I would recommend Findmypast to others.

The delivery was made on time and the driver was friendly and polite. For some reason he was going to leave the parcels at my safe place, even though I was in. I saw him pass the door and then went out to him. That one point is the only reason that this wasn't a 5 star rating.
