So good quality

After several orders with good result, I now have 6 sun loungers that are showing the same problem with the wheels. One by one they are breaking. Product age = 14 months.

Spanish distributor does not honour warranty obligations, saying it's wear and tear. All wheels break at the same place....

I asked for spares but even paying for them they don't have them until 6-12 months.

This company used to work well but this recent experience is horrible. My damage: €700.

These guys where great, the shipping was way faster then the tracking. I am Supper happy with the business.

The delivery was fast. The order came undamaged. The assembly was easy. The quality seems very good.

I did not receive the product after 7 days.

On the day I got the car back, I bought six two-liter water and some food. The front wheel of the car bent inward directly. Now the camper is not in use.

The product looks high quality and does what it is supposed to do so far.

The parcel was left with the neighbour even though I was there.

Right door is not fitting properly, we have followed the instructions in manual and tried all ways , loosen , tighten.

I am leaving this review of Tectake so importer gets the message!! I purchased through their spanish distributor.

Chinese crap - junk furniture, that does NOT last.
Be aware of this when you buy. I currently hae a lawsuit running against their spanish dealer as 10 months past purchase of the "OUTDOOR UV PROTECTED" Garden box (model Stockholm), it has serios deterioration on its "UV protected" artificial Ratan going completely brittle. They wont replace it, nor am I getting money back as their agument is "wear". now lets be serious. What "wear" does a garden box have that is opened 2-3 times a week and is only receiving a bit of sunsine during the ate afternoon????
I will remove this review if the responsable EU importer takes over and admits the issues giving me my money back. I don't want a replacement box as in a year or so I am going to encounter the same problem again probably.

if i could 0 stars they would get 0 stars. I ordered a suitcase for cosmetics. First that with several parts broken, scratches everywhere and 2 sides of the suitcase were bend, screw parts were loose, causing sharp edges.. After alot of emailing and troubles they send me 2 new parts. They arrived parts were in different color than the rest of the suitcase. when i asked for a new part in the same color, their answer was that is was functional and therefore i dont get new parts.
first of all what a useless customer service. i did not paid for a suitcase that is damaged and secondly i did not pay for a suitcase that is being delivered in different colors. useless.
i will never order again from tectake.

Have ordered from this company twice now. Tried first as the price fit my budget, and was very happy with the terrace sets we ordered. The 2nd order was for a matching 2er bench for sitting in the garden, and it turned out just right. Every order was delivered quickly, and I am very satisfied with the quality.

Very fast delivery, and good quality of the product.
The parts could have a sticker to identify them, as they are quite similar (some only differs on the holes position)

Made a purchase online and have received nothing I have been emailing tectake with two weeks and have no response

Fantastic Service! I ordered a couple of beer table/benches and unfortunately one of them was damaged on arrival. I contacted customer service sent them a few pictures and they were quick to respond and quick to resolve the issue. I received a replacement and an apology for the inconvenience in record time!
