Avoid! Website is misleading, and their customer service is non-existent.

Website is fine and easy to use. Communication is poor (no email back from initial inquiry & long wait for replies). Returns process was a bit annoying. No returns label in parcel or via email so have to pay with Royal Mail (who then failed to collect) but all was sorted and I received refund after a few days (with email confirming).

I have used this company now for a number of years both for analogue and digital projects. My latest products have been the retrospective range of Thinktank bags, just love them. The service and value for money this company offers is outstanding, with superb support. Items are shipped straight away with excellent packaging. I will use them again and again, thank you Speed Graphic (Love the name)

Top quality German-made products from the likes of Novoflex and FLM, at reasonable prices and delivered promptly. What's not to like?

A while back I bought a Paterson Tungsten Studio Light from Speed Graphic. There were issues with the light. Immediately I noticed the aluminium Paterson label on the side had fallen and not horizontal. The plug socket on the back of the light was very wobbly. The e27 lamp holder was also wobbly so any bulbs fitted droop down. On the reflector, there is a hole through which an umbrella can be inserted. When this is fitted onto the light the holes do not align so an umbrella can only be inserted with the reflector not in position. I contacted Speed Graphic about these concerns who replied saying they will forward my concerns to Paterson. I did not hear back from either party. I am surprised by the shoddy quality of the light and am suspicious that it is a seconds item that they just wanted to get rid off. Because of this I cannot recommend Speed Graphic, Paterson or the Paterson Tungsten Studio Light at all.

Great price, fast and prompt dispatch and delivery. Items as described. Great service! Would recommend and use again.

A truly awful company. Ordered some film for an urgent critical job. They sent a bulk order of the wrong film. They quite rightly want it to be returned, but no post offices in the vicinity let alone open due to lockdown. No business open to get packaging to return it. Left with film I cannot use and have now ordered from a better dealer who can get it to me tomorrow so I can carry on my own business. Customer service is completely lousy and they have no interest in properly sorting the matter out. I will not use them again and would not recommend them at all.

I’ve ordered a Hewes 35mm stainless steel reel. All was fine, they shipped it to Hungary and despite the current situation the I got the package within a week. The item was as described. Recommended!

I have used this company several times in the past and always been pleased. I placed an order online for a Tenba BYOB 9 bag and as I don't live that far away from Speed Graphic, took the option to collect from their premises. Excellent, quick, helpful and pleasant service. Highly recommend.

Purchased a ThinkTank 15 lens changer for carrying a Fuji X100V camera. Excellent product and excellent service from Speed Graphics.
Delivery was quick, product marginally cheaper than anywhere else and I will use Speed Graphics again.
I had used previous companies before who sent the wrong product, or like Amzn didnt send it at all, or got the size mixed up on their website and the product was not as described, so was relieved that Speed Graphics pay attention to detail. A very reliable company, thank you

Excellent fast service. Purchased a Mindshift Backpack shipped out same day although not ordered until about 3pm and arrived midday the following day by DPD. Good to see they use a reliable delivery service.
Great website too for some unusual requirements, worth a look

I ordered Berger PMK pyro developer/fixer and some films. The film rolls were delivered within days but even after 4 weeks no sign of the developer. I don't know what happened to the money I paid.

Superb service and quick delivery. Item became faulty after one month ,returned to Speed Graphics they sent out a replacement no problem.

I have just taken delivery of the MagicStudio Repro Set and am very pleased with the quality of the product, the price and prompt and courteous service provided.
I will definitely be visiting the Speed Graphic website again and would recommend this company without hesitation.

Fast delivery and very competitive pricing but (through no fault of Speed graphic) I had to return the item. Quick email reply from them and very quick refund. A pleasure to deal with, will use again, very good service.
