Would recommend this online shop, despatch and delivery was fast within 2 days. Items as described, colours matched perfectly for what I was looking for. Testament to their images online. Velvet cushions are lovely and soft with concealed zips, cushion filling could be improved but the best price on the market for velvet bolster cushions. The covers were ideal. Would shop here again, in fact I already have.

If buying from Wex you can rely on them to deliver great service- anything that needs putting right they are on it without any fuss or delay, used items are very reliable and in great condition.

Love the velvet Christmas stockings, added my own pom-pom trim and gold sparkly initial and they look fab now.

Bought the Kayak Conversion Kit as I had planned on adding D-rings to my Shark Paddleboard if necessary to accommodate the seat. I didn’t have to add anything to make this fit as the seat strap could be looped through the already bungee D-rings and I was able to use the footrest by threading through the bungee rope either end of it to secure the footrest. I don’t need to put my weight against the footrest just for my toes really for comfortable positioning and the paddle attachment fitted my carbon fibre paddle I already had. Ok there is slight weight difference but not enough to not be able to use it for short trips and leisurely pursuits. Love it, seat is amazing quality. I don’t mind it doesn’t have straps at the back as it makes it easier to change from sitting to standing up if you wish whilst out on the board. Takes up less space. Not all boards would be compatible but you can buy d-rings separately to make it work.

Product as described, ladies Jobe bodywarmer 50N Buoyancy, colour as shown, sizing accurate, really packs you in so you feel really snug and safe. Looks better than other buoyancy aids. Paid £16 postage to UK but price overall still came under than other retailers. Speedy response times and fast delivery. Delivered with care. Would recommend this company. I wanted to leave a review on here because I’ve seen so many negative reviews for Ruggable which was the opposite of my experience recently. I ordered 2 rugs the first one arrived within 7 days and the colour and quality was as expected for a washable rug to fit in the machine. A couple of small marks were on the rug but nothing I couldn’t live with. I contacted the customer care team by email and within the next day they offered me a generous discount. I waited a few more days for them to apply the discount which was then done promptly. Give them between 1-4 days to get back to you, be patient and they will. My second rug was delayed a few days by an error made by FedEx but FedEx were able to resolve quickly by giving them a phone directly. I asked about charges for delivery and they said there is a scam going around. They will not ask you to pay for delivery as it’s already been paid by Ruggable. The second rug was perfect. Easy to apply if you watch the tutorial on Ruggable website. Yes you can see the liner underneath at the corners but it’s a small detail I can live with. The designs and colours are beautiful and a great concept with being interchangeable and washable. Keep up the good work Ruggable. Love your designs and would definitely buy again, customer service was great.
