Easy to use website for finding product and ordering (Paypal), Quick Delivery (Royal Mail 48 hours tracked), and the Manfrotto tripod head I bought was £15 cheaper than any other reliable/reputed website or store.
Honestly I hadn't heard of this website before, found out from a quick search on google shopping before almost ordering from another reliable online retailer. But as the cost was lower and it had excellent reviews on trustpilot, I went ahead and ordered the product. So happy I did. I am definitely coming back for buying more photography gear if I find it cheaper here. Recommended.

Bought a tripod from speedgraphic and was very pleased with the whole transaction. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end with the order dispatched and delivered within two days.

No hesitation in using them again, or recommending to others.

Speedgraphic website described the product accurately and supplied it quickly and in good condition.

The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is that it is impossible to judge a supplier from the fact that they satisfy an easy request well. You can only judge them by how well they rectify a problem.

Trustpilot descriptions against the star ratings are pretty well meaningless. 4 stars means "very little friction". Ok, there was no "friction" in this order at all. There needs to be a category for "performed as expected, given that nothing occurred which required going the extra mile". 5 stars should be reserved for truly exceptional performance.

It has become the trend now for all etailers to email a survey request as soon as they supply anything. This rather dilutes the value of the feedback. Would I buy from Speedgraphic again? Yes, as there is no reason not to.

I saw that Speed Graphic had a special offer on Canon ink, so I needed to order some. I was going away for a few days, so asked them to delay shipment for a week. They shipped on the day I requested and the ink arrived next day. Much better than some of the big, totally automated, suppliers who just ignore any special requests.

I have used Speed Graphic many times now and they have always provided a first class service. The delivery times are exceptional and the products as advertised. Communication good too. Perhaps a touch more expensive than other suppliers at times but I know I will get a good service.

I've used Speed Graphic for many years, even if I hadn't placed an order for some time.. I'm happy to report that their service is still as good as it has always been.. Thank you..
