Every time I go to collect my prescription it is never ready, despite being preordered. There is always a queue of people, often complaining and always waiting as theirs are not ready either. Older people struggle to walk down from the other end of the village to find they have to come back again.
This happens all day every day and is an absolute disgrace. I pity the staff having to work under these conditions because of, what I can only assume is penny pinching measures by management. I have lived in the village and used this pharmacy for 27 years and it has never been so poorly run.
Whoever is responsible and thinks this is an acceptable way to run a business should maybe come down and experience first hand what their customers have to endure to get their essential prescriptions.
I appreciate your reply, the same reply you issue to other similar reviews. The details of the pharmacy are clearly in the review and considering the amount of bad reviews, which are clearly read by Well, then I would expect the area manager to be well aware.
Does not instil me with any confidence that the situation is likely to change otherwise Well would have made changes when people posted basically the same review weeks ago.

I contacted several shops while looking to buy a new espresso machine and replies took several days, sometimes never received a reply at all.
With Pro Espresso it was instant, I spoke on the phone to confirm stock and delivery and it was in my kitchen two days later. The machine itself is extremely well made, impressive to look at and instructions detailed and easy to follow, the results from it are very impressive.
On the whole i am very impressed with Pro espresso I can't fault anything at all, very happy customer.

Two years ago I bought a Ford Mustang from Evans Halshaw and it was a good experience, I posted a review on here.
However, having now sold the car, I constantly receive messages on my phone to tell me my MOT or service is due. These messages start long before the due date and despite numerous emails and texts telling Evans Halshaw I no longer own the car the messages continue to be sent.
Different mobile numbers are used and not once have I received a single reply. While clearly trying to attract business for their dealerships they have made sure that I will not consider Evans Halshaw at all when next looking for a new car, well done.

Review of Currys
Ordered fridge freezer for delivery last Thursday, told 14.00-18.00 delivery. At 17.45 I rang customer services to make sure it was still coming as we had heard nothing from Curry’s. Twice we spoke to them and the phone was put down before we had received an explanation. On the third call we were told there were no delivery slots and it was now down for Saturday delivery.
As we were without a fridge we had no choice but to cancel plans and wait in for the delivery. When it arrived the box had clearly been opened as it was severely damaged and held together with tape. Not surprisingly the fridge had a large scratch and the back was badly dented and severely damaged, to match the box it came in.
Not so much as an apology from Curry’s and whoever saw fit to load such a badly damaged, opened product out for delivery is clearly in the wrong job.
We now have a scheduled delivery, for the third time on Tuesday, wonder how that might go? I understand a new product may well get damaged in transit sometimes but this level of service is appalling, I have had this before with Curry’s and will not even consider using them again. Read the other reviews and it paints a true picture of buying from Curry’s. There’s plenty of other companies out there who care about their customers.

Hard to fault our experience with Api, all questions were fully answered, good choice of chargers to suit all needs/budgets. The installation work was carried out very efficiently and was neat and tidy. The guy explained in detail how it worked and what to do if we had any issues, he also took time to make sure the charger was working on our wifi network and showed me how to use the app.
In fairness, the car has not been delivered yet so no chance to try it out but I am sure everything will work without any problems.
Would absolutely recommend Api without hesitation.

Fast delivery and good quality but I found it difficult to get it to fit my iPad perfectly, tried three skins and hard to line up perfectly. The skin is hard to remove as it sticks so well but it does not leave any marks at all. Probably just me applying it wrong.

My wife and I have been with Three for at least ten years and have several phones. This last 12-18months the data (unlimited tariff) has failed to work other than at a really slow rate and no matter where you go you can't get email or bring up a web page without it taking an age, despite showing 2-3 bars signal and 4G.
Sometimes a reboot helps, sometimes not. I have tried three different phones and my wife has tried two over the last 12-18 months and the service, is at best poor if not unusable. Calls work but often poor quality, again, in the countryside or a major city.
Not being able to contact anyone I resorted to Twitter and the staff there sent a replacement SIM, no difference. I insisted there was a problem, something was not right and I am paying £50+ a month for a pretty much useless service.
They suggested trying web chat which I tried several times a day for two weeks and failed to get through. They insisted there was nothing they could do and that was it. I asked how to cancel the balance of my contract as Three have failed to deliver the service I am paying for and no reply.
So, if you want to waste £50 a month and receive awful "customer service" my advice would be to sign up to a Three contract.
In answer to your reply, I have been trying to get on chat and for two weeks, and counting, there is no one available. To suggest a solution I have already said is not working is no help whatsoever.
Basically no one has done anything at all to solve, or at least explain why I pay good money for a service that Three very clearly cannot provide.
Three offers a poor service and a virtually non existent customer service. I doubt you would be happy paying £50 a month for 24 months for a service you cannot use.
You only have to read the other reviews on this very site and you can clearly see what poor service Three offers. I will take my money elsewhere and I hope everyone else does the same when they get the chance, if there's a problem, fix it, don't just pretend that you care anything at all about the people using your service.

We use several couriers but DPD let you know what time they are coming, arrive on time and driver is always friendly and helpful, cannot say the same for other courier companies lately, never had a single problem with DPD, excellent.

Ordered several magazines during the current lockdown and expected shipping delays but the last order took two weeks and the current order I am still waiting for. Have ordered from numerous other companies and received my items very quickly, I can't see why there is such a delay with this company. If you are trading under the current conditions then make sure you can deliver in a reasonable time, they do not respond either when you email them. Even making allowances for the current circumstances this seems, currently, to be a very poorly run business, I don't think I will be using them again.
