Received a text to say parcel was out for delivery. Then another one later address couldn't find. Phoned customer service they confirmed all details correct on parcel. House sign on the front wall not hard to locate. The driver just couldn't be bothered seeing we are a small village with no through road. I went to local depot to collect it. Terrible company but man on desk at service point most helpful.

Don't look anywhere else if you want good quality photo books. This is book number six on XXL glossy photographic paper and the finish results have been superb. Not cheap but you get what you pay for and these are books for life treasured memories. Jessops give 100% customer satisfaction so if there is a problem with the book no problems just return and re-order again as I did so well done Jessops.Great to know there is still a company out there looking after the customer no hassle if there is a mistake. I will be back to make more books. Easy to make and finish result best out there colour is spot on only a couple a little over saturated.

This is book number five and all have been produced to a very high standard. I have the XXL on glossy photographic paper lay flat binding. Reproduction of photographs is very good only a couple a little vibrant than I would have liked. Will not look anywhere else these are the best not cheap but the finish article is well worth it.

Created a XXL landscape book on glossy photographic paper layflat binding. Easy to create and able to save project and go back to. The book(s) are superb excellent quality with reproduction of the colours very good. Only one or two a little vibrant in colour than I would have liked. Quick turnaround after order good tracking facility. Not cheap though but the quality is what you pay for. If you are not sure which paper you want ask them to send you a Paper Swatch Kit. I'll be ordering more next year well done Jessops.
