This review is for an Iphone SE purchased recently through Ebay from Ice Comms. Postage was quick and as described. The phone was in an opened yet 'as new' condition, arriving in its original box and accessories.

The phone continues to operate as it should and I am very happy with both the purchasing experience and the phone itself. Ice comms will be one the few trusted sellers that I look to for buying mobile devices and accessories in the future. From manguabskid.

Recently part-exchanged a lens and the whole service was first class - simple, efficient and stress free. I liked their honesty when the condition of my lens was upgraded and costed accordingly. For sure, I will continue my relations with MPB for all my digital equipment knowing that they can be thoroughly trusted.

A while back I bought a Paterson Tungsten Studio Light from Speed Graphic. There were issues with the light. Immediately I noticed the aluminium Paterson label on the side had fallen and not horizontal. The plug socket on the back of the light was very wobbly. The e27 lamp holder was also wobbly so any bulbs fitted droop down. On the reflector, there is a hole through which an umbrella can be inserted. When this is fitted onto the light the holes do not align so an umbrella can only be inserted with the reflector not in position. I contacted Speed Graphic about these concerns who replied saying they will forward my concerns to Paterson. I did not hear back from either party. I am surprised by the shoddy quality of the light and am suspicious that it is a seconds item that they just wanted to get rid off. Because of this I cannot recommend Speed Graphic, Paterson or the Paterson Tungsten Studio Light at all.

A first time buyer and I'm really happy with the service. The transaction went smoothly and the shoes arrived looking good. If you know your size then Meeks Shoes are a good company to purchase from. I will certainly buy from them again in the future.

Received an invitation to review after having work done by Fixation on a lens to remove fungus. I will try to be as objective as I can.

The returned package was double boxed. There was space between the inner and outer box so the inner box was able to bounce around. The actual lens was well wrapped and the lens looked clean externally and through the glass. On closer inspection I observe a 1mm long particle on an internal glass element and another slightly thicker particle just outside of the glass seen from the rear of the lens. These are not dust but solid and opaque.

With the naked eye the glass looks clean and clear. However when shining a torch through I observe a double semi-circular mark and a couple of smaller rounded smears emanating from the edge of the rear glass element. The torchlight also revealed a couple of very fine thread-like lines travelling across the internal glass elements.

I wonder, am I being too critical? Taking test shots, these smears and particles do not affect the image rendered. My main concern is that all traces of the fungus has been removed and would like reassurance on that. I did raise these concerns through a private message on Fixation's Contact Us page, but did not receive a reply.

Have had Leafletfrog do two print jobs for me and their service has always been excellent, the quality of print is high and delivery is prompt. The prices are very competitive too. A trusted company to deal with.

A Lenovo laptop I had bought from 3000rpm through ebay stopped working (would not boot up) a month after the 6 month warranty ran out. A local computer repair shop diagnosed the motherboard had stopped working and would cost around £300 to replace it. This cost more than the laptop itself. So I contacted 3000rpm to ask if it could be repaired through their new national repair service (£75 + postage with free return postage) and my contact Dale Summerton obliged. The job was done quite quickly. They even posted the laptop back quickly in order to beat the Easter holidays and before payment had been made. The laptop appears to be back to normal.
