Physical test center unable to conduct exam and cancels
Booked an exam at their test center in Singapore. Went down and the computers could not connect to the Pearson Vue servers, waited an hour before the test center told us the exams were cancelled and would have to wait for vouchers to be refunded.
The whole idea of booking at a test at the center was to make life easy without online validation. After studying for the exam, we have to wait for the vouchers and talk to indian call centers to tell you information that has no value.
Whiteboard maker for math test?
Have spent hours to find out between Person UK and test centre what they will provide for the test. No one knows and they said all different thing. Who can confirm? Why they admin this important test that's lifetime event for prospect Uni students? They don't take exam but I do. appears that small whiteboard and marker pen may be provided but for math working? still not know and no one seems to care.

OnVEU online exam review
OnVUE terminated my exam within 10 minutes for the most ridiculous reason — I briefly used a tissue to wipe my nose because I had a cold. I had no other items, and was unfairly flagged and kicked out after only 10 questions of 120 without giving me any warning? It’s frustrating, unprofessional, and extremely discouraging that something so minor can cost me an exam attempt.

Terrible Experience
Terrible Experience. I was kicked out of my online exam for leaving my desk. The issue is that I never left my screen. I was given a warning by the proctor, I replied that I did not leave my desk and didn't know what they were talking about. He then cleared the pop up message and I assumed he just made a mistake/clicked the wrong button. 10 minutes later into the exam I was booted. I called for an explanation and the rep said the proctor did not leave a reason. I paid a babysitter $200 to watch my 3 kids. I begged them to watch my recording and reinstate the exam. the answer: it takes 5 business days to review and I will get an email. I can't get over how bizarre this all was. I hate to bring race up, but I'm not sure what other reason a proctor just boots someone for something they didn't do and doesn't leave a detailed account for why he did, just left the reason blank.

No only their site, but their CUSTOMER Service, I called to changed a Language on my upcoming test and was told NO WAY JOSE, you have to cancel it, and reschedule 3-4 months out.
Neither to say the LADY did not have any soft skills to help clients.
After collecting millions in their services, their Testing SOFTWARE feels and looks like it is from 1990.
HORRIBLE in all Aspects, I believe this Company should be ruled out as Scam & illegal.

Horrible experience, shame this is the future of education
I'm writing this after a truly awful experience at a Pearson VUE test center majority are operated by contractors that come in all shapes and sizes. The process was a complete mess from the moment I arrived. The computers were faulty, and there was an issue with the lockers for my belongings but they only tell you when you get to the center. I was made to wait until the time to sit the test had expired and ultimately denied the opportunity to take my exam because the facility couldn't get its act together.
What followed was even more infuriating. The customer service team took an awful long time to get this case looked at from the initial timescale of up to 5 working days. At the end offered a new voucher and their customer service via email response called it "compensation." that is the only level of compensation they over for a very gruelling experience at physical centers. It felt like a slap in the face. My time and effort preparing for this exam were completely disregarded. Their robotic response proved they don't care about the candidate's experience, only about pushing people through their system. This is a deeply flawed and frustrating model.
Exam cancelled by the examiner , without even starting
While doing the checkin for the AWS exam , there is a step where you check your Mic , Webcam , Speaker

in the next step it asks you to take pictures using your mobile phone through a QR code , while doing this step the app on the labtop showed that the examiner has finished the exam and i had only one option to close the app , after that every try to do check in was faced with an error , after taking with the chat support they used fixed sentences and refused to give me any explanation on why did this happen and what should i do , they only opened a case for it and every time i asked is the exam cancelled for today they only responded with "The Case resolution will be shared on your registered email address only."

I logged into my check-in 10 minutes before my exam only to be given a pop-up 5 minutes through the process telling me to reschedule. When I called them I was told it was a glitch in the system and I would have to reschedule for another day...

Terrible experience. They request that you clean your desk. Do you happen to have a pen dropped nearby? Disqualified. Do you happen to have an unused monitor? Disqualified.
They even disqualified me because they did not like my government ID paper. Better visit a test centre to take the exam in person. Pearson VUE is by far the WORST of the WORST companies out there. The only reason for them existing, is for Microsoft to have more candidates in their test centers.
The proctors spoke in an accent that was BARELY understandable. It would be better with using the chat to communicate than insist to call.
If you want to PAY for an exam (and for my case this was AZ - 900 Azure Fundamentals) and get SCAMMED, this is the ideal company to trust.

The experience as testing center has been awfull, I would say it was terrible,
NOT RECOMMENDED IT.
Bad and incomplete instructions, the protactors were not professionals, humiliated me pre and during online testing, screwed up my entire home IT system, I was not even allowed to reach my medications. They were freak control and managed to put me in flight and flight mode prior to starting the exam , I was in that shock state well beyond the exam. Trying to reach someone for feedback and express my concers and no way to reach them. Terrible, Pearson VUE testing center has been the worst experience in my life .

OnVue was not recognizing Pearson's…
OnVue was not recognizing Pearson's validation codes. Laptop restarted and cache cleared entirely, still same issue. Was unable to attempt my exam and their customer support chat said "someone will email you". I'll be using a test center and steering all my colleagues away from Pearson.
Just go to the test center
I was just trying to take an Azure exam but couldn't because the window to take photo of my ID hung. I waited for a good solid 15 minutes, tried again, nothing. I wasn't going to be late to my exam, so I decided I would take it in person at the testing center. GOOD LUCK getting a refund. Personally I didn't even request a refund. I HOPE they'll use my money to FIX their crappy software.
