To maintain the security and trust of our scores globally, we adhere to strict ID policies. It's crucial that your application and passport details match exactly. We understand that the registration process may have caused confusion, especially where middle name entry was unclear. As per our booking policy, tests that don’t meet ID requirements are turned away for security reasons and are not eligible for a refund.
