Very very disappointed
I had to reschedule an exam that has already archived by customer area from Vue portal.
Support told me that my case is under investigation but I don't know what is mean exactly because I contacted my test center to schedule a new exam session.

Now we’re forced to wait for their so-called “investigation,” which seems completely useless.

Dopo quasi 2 anni dall'acquisto ho iniziato ad avere problemi all'aggancio del cinturino.
L'ho mandato in garanzia e me lo hanno sostituito con un orologio nuovo senza farmi nessun tipo di problema relativamente allo stato di usura del mio vecchio dispositivo.
