While doing the checkin for the AWS exam , there is a step where you check your Mic , Webcam , Speaker
i did all of them
in the next step it asks you to take pictures using your mobile phone through a QR code , while doing this step the app on the labtop showed that the examiner has finished the exam and i had only one option to close the app , after that every try to do check in was faced with an error , after taking with the chat support they used fixed sentences and refused to give me any explanation on why did this happen and what should i do , they only opened a case for it and every time i asked is the exam cancelled for today they only responded with "The Case resolution will be shared on your registered email address only."

Now imagine it is the AWS exam , where there are technical issues , that is the funny part

Recently I renewed my stay with dovevivo and also payed the tax for the renewal of the same contract that was used last year. Now after 3 months they have sent me an email and told me that they are going to increase the rent ... and i also have to pay the extra price in rent even for the months that have passed ... then when i talked with them all they mentioned was what is already in the contract ... in what world the owner notifies the tenant about the increase of rent 3 months after the renewal of the contract ? All i've learned is that they use their contract as an excuse to make more money from those who are not familiar with laws in Italy

I am going to be more detailed in my review so that everyone can understand the complete situation.
I came to my room on October 2021, stayed for a full year, and then renewed my contract on October 2022 then paid 80 euros for the tax.
On November 2022 ( almost 2 months after the renewal) I received a message from Dovevivo that my rent is increasing because of ISTAT ( the increasing amount is almost 76 euros) and that I have to pay this extra 76 euros for October and November.
( the months that I have already paid the rent for !!! )
my main problem: why didn't you guys tell me how much you are going to increase the rent before the renewal of the contract?
it's like the tenant has no right to be informed about changes in rent! and has to obey to whatever the change is ...
I suggest everyone who stays with Dovevivo to change their place after the first year.
