Great selection of fresh food which my dog absolutely loves, easy to use friendly website and easy ordering process.

Failed to complete exam on exam day due to their own OnVUE app, had to contact customer services on multiple occasions until someone actually looked into the case. They acknowledged the fault, but I've been unable to re-book my exam ever since. Tried on 6 different occasions with days apart, they're always telling me "there's an issue with the booking system and to try later". I feel like it's pointless to keep trying anymore, it's a shame I lost a $180 exam fee due to this

The only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is that I was at least able to book through the site. Other than that the experience has been very disappointing.

The property I stayed at was run-down and dirty, nothing like the photos, but the real issue began afterwards. I’ve spent weeks trying to get a basic invoice for the stay, which was advertised as available. Booking.com repeatedly passed the responsibility to the property, who's still ignoring me to the day. Customer service has been shockingly bad. They're polite but entirely ineffective, with no accountability and no real resolution. I tried to raise a formal complaint, and it’s been left completely unaddressed. I feel like I hit a wall.

I can’t rely on this platform for business travel again.

Clear and transparent policies (overarching design is a plus for me also), quick and friendly customer service.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I had such a great experience with Rapanui. Tees are soft and amazing, and Helen at the company was able to help me with a quirky order which I really appreciated.

I bought the 27” Clarity monitor with great anticipation after reading positive reviews about the monitor, but they’ve sent me a monitor with a broken warranty seal. I took it as an honest mistake, and they organised for a replacement which arrived today but that monitor had a broken warranty seal as well!
I bought the monitor for an urgent design project and it’s going to be 3-4 weeks before I can finally use the monitor if they get it right for the third time..

Update: I changed my rating to 3 starts from 1 after finally receiving a monitor with an intact warranty seal for the third try. The monitor is actually amazing, can’t say it’s a huge difference from my Macbook Pro’s XDR display so it’s well worth the money.

Second update: Used the third monitor for a week until it developed a dead pixel. Customer service was actually really helpful and received a full refund.

In conclusion, I think I just got very unlucky with this whole kerfuffle and decided not to give it a fourth try. The actual monitor is great when not faulty, hence I've not changed the rating.

Green Chef is just Hellofresh in disguise. Lots of non-recyclable plastic packaging filled with not-so-good quality ingredients. Apparently it’s a ‘Carbon negative’ company but it looks a bit of greenwashing with all the plastic packaging and let’s not mention that you source tenderstem broccoli from Kenya in August when it’s in peak season in the UK!

Other than these you get versatile recipes for mid-tiered price which is good.

Way better quality dog food than other brands. Everything is taste tested by humans and none of the recipes contain anything I wouldn’t eat which speaks volumes I think. Top notch customer service, very easy to use website and great design too. Love the puns
