Name changes is such a hassle, Please double or triple check your name before creating the account, Or else its gonna take around 10 day till 2 Weeks for them to settle it.

Such as actual name Lee Chong Wei
The name wrongly written Lee Chong Wei Chong Wei Lee (Didn't seen the middle name carefully)

Customer service is also hastle, Looks like two indian guy who have basic english.
Conversation not even fluent, Also always like to speak while other speaks. Their words are like mash potato..Not even able to understand clearly.
