Nothing okay about Okaywear

10 weeks post order, it was time to reach out and see what was going on. Answer: not a great deal, they had received my money. When I enquired as to what was the delay, the response was lip service expressing their sincere apologies, endeavours to rectify and prioritising my order. Reality; nothing of the sort, delaying tactics to draw out what they had no intention to deliver. Further enquiries were made, more lip service of apologies and escalating my order. By the way they had not even made my garment as it was custom made cheap rubbish. Paypal resolution centre were called in and money refunded within a couple of days. This Chinese company is to be avoided at all costs as they don't care, their products are nothing like the garments displayed online and their after sales service is disgraceful.

Michelle Dyer Ordered November 12 for…

Michelle Dyer Ordered November 12 for a January 11 party. Not here yet. Today is January 7. No response from multiple emails. No phone number to call. Tracking says it’s been in USA for weeks. Ended up ordering something else 2 days ago from Amazon as a plan b that will arrive today. It also looks like the 5 star ratings are bots or repeats/fakes.
