It’s like SHEIN only worse: Horrible Smell

UPDATE: They responded to my review and asked me to reach out to them via email. I sent an email with my receipt, the picture of my purchase and the store I bought it from Snullo.com. They now say my order # doesn’t match their records and asked if I could send more proof. So, I sent my statement along with everything else I had that I had made the purchase through their website, Snullo.com. I haven’t heard anything back from them. I would be careful doing business with them. This is very shady business practices to me. I have all the proof of my purchase. They also do not communicate well. It’s a lot of broken English.

I placed my order on 09/06/25 and received it 10/01/25. Shipping took way too long. When I bought the sweatshirt it said 7 to 10 days for shipping. I ordered the Cross&Letter Graphic Faux Decal Print Slant Pockets Hoodie. It’s absolutely horrible. It’s like something from SHEIN only worse. The material is like rubber, it smells. I’ll have to throw it away due to the chemical smell. I can’t even donate it. Save your money, people. You don’t want anything from this store.

Received wrong size& they delay change

Great products and customer service

I love the variety of outfits that are available on Snullo, they're so unique and the quality is great! I had some issues with choosing the right size but the customer service was excellent - they responded quickly and gave clear instructions on how to exchange the item for the correct size. I'll definitely buy more clothes from this company!

I had an issue with the size of a shirt I ordered, but the customer service team was extremely polite and helpful throughout the process.
