I have sent so many emails to this company and has not received any response from them. They asked me to be patient and I have . I ordered my items 11/2/24 and it is now 1/3/25 . This company has really disappointed me and I would never ever order anything from them, they are not dependable and has the worst customer service. They are nothing but a SCAM.

Don't buy anything from the place the clothes are nothing like they describe, I order my husband what was supposed to be an Dress Leather blazer which looked very nice on the site. Unstead after texting for a month about receiving my order. I got a very thin pleather Jacket that was so small I couldn't button it, I read 3×. I paid $89.00 for the Crap and tried to resolve this without writing this review, but after reading All these others Complaints, I'm convinced that This his how they make their Monies. Unhappy/Unfairly Treated Buyer

Guys, this Okaywear brand is a big sham and scam. My order took forever to be delivered to me. When I finally received them, they were totally different from the pictures on their website. Fabrics were of very very poor quality and sewing poorly done. They are also cheats on their refund policy- they are not willing to refund my money. The company and its workers are just not serious. You order from them at your own risk. They just don't care. Never again will I buy from them!

NEVER AGAIN!!!

I ordered a dress shoe for a grown man in size 12.5US and received a shoe in 12.5 for a kid. I also ordered a hat that was not shipped in a box and was received smashed!!! I requested a refund and they offered me a 30%USD refund or a $36USD gift card for their website (neither of which I accepted). We'll see how long this "full refund" process will take. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, IT'S A COMPLETE RIP OFF 🤬😡🤬😡 I also placed this order November 16, 2024 and received it December 13, 2024. Also, I tried to contact Okaywear via email 1 day later to cancel this order and was advised they couldn't cancel it because it had already shipped. They the same me a bogus tracking which wasn't tracking ANYTHING! When I responded back about the bogus tracking number and threatened to contact the Consumer Protection Agency, suddenly they produced a valid tracking number. COMPLETE SCAMMERS🤬😡🤬😡

Regarding the hat, upon checking the picture you sent us, we found that the top of the hat was a little saggy. Due to a period of transportation, this problem can occur and the top of the hat can adjusted after receipt. 

Most importantly, we would like to clarify that the CSR didn't offer you the second tracking numebr "sudddenly". Because the shipping was international, there would be a first-leg tracking number and a last-mile tracking number (the former was formed upon shipping and the latter upon arriving the US.)

It was not until 2 weeks after the support team offered you the first-leg tracking number that you got back to us. At that time the USPS has taken over the delivery, so the support team offered you the USPS one.

We apologize for any concern and suspicion caused and hope the explanation makes sense. 

We offer a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill to customers who may find the return not practical. However, we do also offer full refunds after customers return the product. For your convenience, we have used complaint@okaywear.com to send you return instructions. Please check your inbox.

I received my sweater hoodie that was…not what I ordered

I received my sweater hoodie that was supposed to fit over my head. Well I just received the sweater after 2 months and the sweater I got was a open sweater!! I would have been okay with it but it didn't even have buttons!! It's just a open sweater that you have to wear another shirt under it. I am VERY upset and disappointed behind this and they need to send me another one at their expense because this very unacceptable!!! Request for refund received 12.5.24

In corresponding with Okaywear I requested a full refund for my purchase and followed the instructions they sent. Since I mailed the package back I have not received any notice from them and they have not responded to the several emails I sent them regarding the refund of my money since October. They seemed to have disappeared and have not given any notice. After writing my experience to Trustpilot I received a response for Okaywear to submit the postal office tracking number again. They received the tracking number and have finally refunded the full amount of the purchase received on 12.5.24. Thank you

I placed my order Sept 29

I placed my order Sept 29, 2024, today is November 2, 2024 and my order still has not shipped. There's no way to reach the company except email. This is a bad way to do business. They should advertise and/or email customers on product delays. I believe the only reason why there isn't a phone number to call is they don't want to hear the complaints. I WAS looking forward to wearing my new sweater and jacket to a Halloween party. The lack of communication is totally unprofessional.

Do not order anything from this company. There return policy is not clear. They do not refund your total amount. They suggest only partial amount. I return the item and did receive a refund. Scam company in my opinion..

We would like to clarify that we offer a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill to customers who may find the return not practical. However, we do also offer full refunds after customers return the product provided we receive the tracking info of the returning package and confirm it's delivered. Therefore, please offer us the necessary info so that we can issue a refund.

Additionally, the case you opened via your financial institution also plays an important role in the speed of issuing a refund. If you initiated a dispute at the credit card center, we would not have the authority to process a refund for you because the money has been frozen by the credit card center. And it takes three months for the credit card center to process a dispute.
