This is my 1st purchase with this company, I cannot get a response for returning the item I purchased. The cost was suppose to $39.99 bogo but I got charged $59.99. I would like to return the item for a refund but there is not contact information that I can find:}

In corresponding with Okaywear I requested a full refund for my purchase and followed the instructions they sent. Since I mailed the package back I have not received any notice from them and they have not responded to the several emails I sent them regarding the refund of my money since October. They seemed to have disappeared and have not given any notice. After writing my experience to Trustpilot I received a response for Okaywear to submit the postal office tracking number again. They received the tracking number and have finally refunded the full amount of the purchase received on 12.5.24. Thank you

Hello,
I noticed that you have been offered the return form and return address. But we didn't receive your tracking number, as indicated in the NOTE in the return instructions, so we can't upload the info and start processing the refund.
Kindly respond to us via email at complaint@okaywear.com with the return tracking number and the receipt you got from the PO. This way we can upload them to our system and then expedite the refund for you.
It seems that it took a long time to receive the items ordered, once they were received they were of poor quality. The refund process is horrible and they dont refund your full amount of money.
