Awful service

I've only ordered twice from this company & both times i never received my order, the courier company they use "RELAY" are the MOST incompetent company ever and to try get in contact with Okaywear to get any sense out of them in near impossible. With service like this i cant see this company lasting very long in such a competitive industry.

Pros & Cons

Pros = Great prizes very easy to play no hoop to jump through like spotting ball etc.
Cons = Its gambling and very easy to become addictive chasing an near impossible dream.Be warned you could quite easily be out of pocket in no time.

With all of our orders, we do state prior to the payment stage that orders can take up to 3 days to process (prior to shipping) as we order this in freshly for our customers to ensure the best dates on the produce and due to the order being placed at midnight on the Thursday, We ordered this on Friday for you and sent out first thing Monday when it arrived to us as we are closed over the weekends so no fresh produce would have arrived here
